Villa Safran County presents an impressive entrance with an intercom entry system and automatic garage door. Upon entering, a few steps lead down into the villa's grounds. The villa was refurbished in 2022 and is laid out as follows:

Ground floor: Open plan living/dining/kitchen area, family bedroom, utility room & WC
Inside, the villa's spaciousness becomes evident, with a sizable entrance hall that leads to a split-level open-plan living area with high ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences such as a juicer and ice maker among the usual amenities. The dining table and chairs seat up to 10 and large sliding glass doors provide seamless access to the pergola-covered outside dining terrace.  Descending a couple of steps, you'll find the contemporary lounge with a large L-shaped sofa, armchairs, and a smart TV. Villa Safran County also includes table tennis for a bit of family competition and covered private parking for one car at the property entrance.
