Second floor - This floor is dedicated to the master bedroom suite which boasts panoramic vistas of the islands and Kalamar Bay. The room benefits from en-suite wet room facilities including rain shower and large glass doors give access to a private rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi for savouring the Kalkan sunsets.

Lower ground floor - The fourth bedroom suite, located beneath the pool terrace and accessible via a separate entrance, is ideal for young adults or couples seeking a bit more seclusion. This spacious double features an en-suite shower room, a mini-kitchenette with sink and fridge and 2 private terraces. One terrace is furnished with dining table and chairs, the other with a cushioned sofa set providing an intimate retreat slightly away from the main villa.

The generous infinity pool features a Jacuzzi section with seat and the terraces are furnished with parasols and sunbeds with plush cushions. This neighbourhood offers a quieter, more residential setting, often with clear sea views toward Snake and Mouse Islands and convenient access to local beach clubs and the Mediterranean. Kalkan's town centre remains accessible within a short taxi ride or a 20 to 35-minute walk. This area is ideal for those who prefer a quieter location while still being a short taxi ride to the amenities and lively atmosphere of the old town and harbour when desired.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.

Access to the villa involves 50 steps, making it unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. A garage offers parking for one car for your convenience.
