The stylish and contemporary 4-bedroom Villa Zaffre is located in Kalamar Bay and affords impressive views of the Mediterranean Sea. Accommodating up to eight guests, the villa boasts four en-suite sea-view bedrooms, a large infinity swimming pool, and a spacious terrace from which to relax or dine al-fresco. The roof terrace is a natural focal point in the early evening — ideal for enjoying a sundowner before heading into Kalkan for dinner, or for spending a memorable night beneath the stars at the villa’s private rooftop bar. Guests can also enjoy table tennis and table football for added entertainment.
Indoor space
Three of the villas four bedrooms are on the first floor -
Bedroom 1 - A spacious sea-view double bedroom decorated in calming neutral tones, featuring bedside tables, an armchair, wardrobe, dressing table and fully tiled en-suite shower room. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open onto a private furnished balcony overlooking the sea.
Bedroom 2 - A sea facing twin bedroom with fully tiled en-suite shower room. This room also has bed side drawers, a wardrobe, dressing table area and sliding floor to ceiling glass doors which open to the sea view Juliette balcony and incredible views of Kalkan Bay.
Bedroom 3 - A spacious sea-view double bedroom featuring a wooden headboard, bedside tables, an armchair, wardrobe, dressing table and fully tiled en-suite shower room. Large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead directly onto a private furnished terrace.
The remaining bedroom is located on the second floor -
Bedroom 4 - A sea facing double room with bedside tables, a wardrobe along with a dressing table area and a fully tiled en-suite shower room. This bedroom also has a private sea view balcony.
Opposite the second-floor bedroom is the spacious shaded rooftop terrace complete with a bar area, sink, fridge, comfortable rattan seating, bar stools, and sun loungers - a great setting for sunset drinks overlooking the bay.
Outdoor space
Villa Zaffre has a large infinity swimming pool (approx 13m x 7m depth 0.25m - 1.70m) surrounded by 6 sun-loungers, with an additional 4 sun loungers positioned within the shallow sunbathing area. Table tennis and table football are also available on the pool terrace for some friendly competition. Mature planting further enhances the attractive outdoor space.
The entire terrace benefits from striking views of the turquoise sea, as well as Snake and Mouse Islands.
Local area
This area is ideal for those who prefer a quieter location while still being a short taxi ride to the amenities and lively atmosphere of the old town and harbour when desired.

The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. Villa Zaffre can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance.
