Garden Court comprises three apartments which can be booked together, making it an ideal choice for larger families or groups wishing to holiday together while retaining their own private space.

Garden Court Apartment No.1
Located on the ground floor, the entrance leads into a stylish, open and airy living area. The living space has a large corner sofa facing a flat screen Smart TV and large glass sliding doors providing direct access to the garden terrace and large shared swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, four-ring hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, together with a dining table and chairs. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.

Bedroom 1 - A comfortable, modern bedroom decorated in calming neutral tones with a double bed, double wardrobe, vanity station, bedside tables and an en-suite shower room. Large glass sliding doors lead directly onto the garden terrace.

Bedroom 2 - A comfortable, modern bedroom decorated in calming neutral tones with a double bed, spacious wardrobe, vanity station and bedside tables. Sliding doors lead onto a private terrace with relaxed seating overlooking the peaceful garden area.

A cool, contemporary street level apartment furnished to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout. The entrance, accessed from the road, leads through a small garden into a light and airy open-plan living space. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, four-ring hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. The spacious living area includes a large corner sofa, reading chair, coffee table, dining table and Smart TV. Full-length sliding doors open onto a large private balcony with table and chairs overlooking the garden, providing a lovely spot for al fresco dining or a morning coffee.

Bedroom 2 - A light, modern bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, spacious wardrobe and vanity station. Sliding doors lead onto a private balcony with relaxed seating overlooking the garden.

This apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout and also has a separate shower room with WC. Access to the communal pool area is via an external staircase.

The Roof Terrace Apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout, arranged over two floors and accommodates up to six guests.

Bedroom 2 - A comfortable double bedroom with spacious wardrobe, vanity station and bedside tables. Sliding doors lead onto a private balcony with relaxed seating, partial sea views and views across the garden. There is also an additional shower room with WC.

Roof floor
Steps lead to a second stylish living and sleeping space with reading chairs, sofas and a bar complete with sink and fridge. Sliding glass doors open onto a private roof terrace with plunge pool and spectacular sea and mountain views, creating a peaceful setting for sunbathing, cooling off during the day or relaxed dining in the evening.

Bedroom 3 - A comfortable double bedroom decorated in calming neutral tones with a spacious wardrobe, vanity station, bedside tables and fabulous sea views.

Good sized gardens, a furnished pool terrace and a shared swimming pool provide plenty of outdoor space to relax throughout your stay.

Elevated between the Old Town and Kalamar Bay, Central Kalkan (or Ortaalan) offers a more spacious feel while maintaining easy access to the town's amenities. Its hillside position provides wide Mediterranean views and a quieter atmosphere than the historic centre, which is reachable within an 8 to 20-minute walk or a quick taxi ride. The area is highly practical, with supermarkets, bars, and local restaurants typically within a 10-minute walk of most properties, making it a convenient base for those who want both scenery and proximity to daily essentials.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.

Located in central Kalkan, Garden Court is only a short three-minute walk to the town centre and around a 10-minute walk through Kalkan's Old Town to the beach and harbour.
