This duplex apartment is arranged over two floors with the bedrooms located on the entrance level. Bedroom one is a double bedroom with king size bed, bedside tables, armchair and a furnished balcony offering amazing views out to sea. Bedroom two is a double bedroom with king size bed, bedside tables and a furnished balcony offering lovely views out to the Mediterranean.
The upper floor is the main living area, stylishly decorated and furnished, offering a lounge and kitchen with glass doors opening onto the roof top terrace. This provides a relaxing area to enjoy the panoramic views across the bay out to Snake and Mouse Islands. To make your stay both enjoyable and comfortable, Topaz is equipped with all the mod-cons including WiFi, satellite TV, a Nespresso coffee machine and a water cooler/dispenser.

Apartment Topaz can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The accommodation is well presented and is in a great location. Well equipped and quality electrical items. We loved the sea views and being able to walk into town in a few minutes.
Topaz has a fantastic location, close enough for a nice stroll into the Old Town, but far enough away for it to be peaceful. The views are stunning and the apartment is smart, clean and has all of the facilities needed to make it feel like a home from home. The owners and Turquoise Collection were really accommodating. The Wi-Fi wasn't great, but it wasn't an issue.
Lovely apartment, so very well equiped. A thoughtful welcome basket with food and wine was much appreciated. The only comments (not complaints) is the shower in the ensuite had paint falling off the ceiling and the head needed descaling - water jetting onto the ceiling. Also the flap in the air con unit in the upstairs does not stay open (just hangs vertically) so it cannot cool the room efficiently.

Have been visiting Kalkan for many years and this is one of the best locations, views we have had. Apartment was more spacious and better equipped than we were expecting and will definitely book again in the future. Only two small things that were a slight disappointment was the poor internet signal in the bedrooms and a slight mix up with the mid stay cleaning / towel change but nothing that really spoilt the holiday.

Great location, apartment has everything you need and the views are stunning we never got tired at looking out over the bay day or night.
An amazing vista awaits you in Kalkan bay - the turquoise sea , the small fishing boats chugging back and forth across the bay the array of fine eateries in Kalkan make this more than just a holiday destination.
Lovely views, great outdoor space, good shading when needed so could spend a lot of time outdoors even in the heat of the day.
