This property offers a peaceful retreat while remaining just a short 5 minute walk from the vibrant dining scene and picturesque harbour of Kalkan. Along with its private roof-top pool, guests staying at the Likya Town House have complimentary use of the nearby Likya Estate pool.
Indoor space
The ground floor of the villa features a fully equipped kitchen with an American fridge, ice maker, double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and wine cooler. There is also a convenient WC on this level, along with a separate utility cupboard housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. The open-plan living area includes a TV, DVD player, and CD player, along with French doors leading out to the private terrace and lush gardens.
Moving onto the first floor, bedroom one is a double bedroom with an en-suite and balcony with lovely views of the surrounding area. Bedroom two is another double bedroom with an en-suite as well as a bath, and bedroom three is a twin room also with an en-suite.
Outdoor space
Accessed via stairs from the first floor, the spacious roof terrace offers a private plunge pool to relax and unwind whilst taking in the panoramic views over Kalkan and the sea. Equipped with sun loungers, a shower, and a sink unit, it is a great spot to enjoy a pre-dinner drink while watching the sunset over the town.

The Likya Town House can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include The Likya Town House and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book The Likya Town House as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
