Villa Artemis is located in Central Kalkan, above the Kalamar Road and with wide views of the sea, mountains and Kalkan Bay. This modern villa accommodates up to 8 guests in spacious accommodation with four en-suite bedrooms and boasts a private garden area and swimming pool with integrated Jacuzzi section.
Indoor space
The gym is located on the ground level, in a building separately accessed to the main villa. The gym is 55sqm and includes a professional grade treadmill and cable weights machine offering 27 different exercises. The space is finished with a rubber mat flooring, making it deal for yoga, pilates and stretching, and a balcony with uninterrupted sea views.
First floor - The first floor consists of three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All three of the bedrooms have balconies facing out over the pool terrace and provide views of the sea, mountains and the bays. One bedroom has a balcony with a swinging chair and a potted plant, another bedroom has two chairs and a table on the balcony. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a partial view and glass door.
Outdoor space
A garage provides enough space for two cars to be parked. This is accessed at street level and the entrance to the villa is on the side with two small gardens following the stairs either side. Also accessed at street level, the villa also has a space with a 22 exercise adjustable work station weights machine.

Villa Artemis can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Artemis and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Artemis as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

We have just come back from our second stay at the Villa Artemis. It is a wonderful villa with great facilities, and is clean and well kept with all of the necessary equipment you might need. We spent many days lazing in the infinity pool and taking in the amazing views across the bay and the sea beyond. We were very well looked after by Nuri, our lovely Villa Manager, who was always on hand to help if needed. We will definitely be returning again!
The villa was wonderful. Excellent in all areas, but it would have benefited if possible with a table tennis table for my son and husband!!! There was also a gym there which I know was locked, but access to this would have been greatly appreciated as my son likes to do his gym work and it would have also benefited his diving (he completed his advanced open water and rescue diver padi qualifications on holiday this time.
The service from The Turquoise Collection has been supberb. Imogen has looked after me for the past few years, we are already booked for 2025 and I am already looking at villas for 2026!
