"I visited
Villa Arya Exclusive in October 2023 and I was very impressed with
the location and how being just a 10-minute walk from the old town
certainly doesn't take away from the fact that you are still
greeted with picturesque views of Kalkan's Bay, without being
located too high up. I especially loved the outdoor space of this
villa, where there is an al-fresco dining area as well as separate
seating area to enjoy the sunset views from."

Villa Arya Exclusive can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Arya Exclusive and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Arya Exclusive as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. good as you could easily walk into town and back. Would definitely
go back to that villa.
