pleasure of staying at Villa Clara for the week while on my
familiarisation trip to Kalkan. I was greeted by exceptional views
of Kalkan Bay and beyond. I was very impressed with this property.
If I wanted to go for a quick trip to town, the walk was just 8
minutes to the Old Town, with 3 beach clubs to choose from along
the way. I especially liked the pool terrace, it was spacious with
plenty of seating."

Villa Clara can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.

If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Clara and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Clara as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The villa was excellent. Great communal spaces, inside and out, well equipped, lovely views and good location. Although the hill is a bit steep! The pool service was faultless and probably the cleanest pool we have ever had. A couple of things that could be improved. The shower in the main bedroom (one with bath) needs redesigning. The footpace is too small for the size of the shower head and the drainage is not great so it floods every time. It's a little annoying having to sweep the water into the drains every time. Plus the skirting on the twin room is coming off the wall. Other than that, it was a great villa. We would definitely visit again.
The Turquoise Collection have been very good, I asked many questions about the resort and additional services and who ever responded, provided very detailed and often personal insight into the villa and resort.
We also booked the Mahal Yacht with The Turquoise Collection for a private charter for the day, it was excellent. The boat was lovely, we felt very pampered and the team on the day were very friendly.
Amazing The villa was beautiful designed and had everything to accommodate our holiday . Only thing that could be a improvement is the hill to the property can be quite dangerous as no grip especially going down.
Overall, fantastic. Modern, spacious, very comfortable, well furnished/appointed inside and out, pool great, quiet location but town very close.
I have just returned from a fantastic trip to Kalkan, this was our first time to Kalkan and we were blown away. We stayed in Villa Clara and the property had a great outdoor area with plenty of space and a good sized pool. The view was lovely and overall the location was ideal. This was a short walk into the town and to various beach clubs. The road was quite steep but walkable.
The inside of the property was modern and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the water cooler was a great touch.
I was overall very impressed with the villa and I would definitely stay there again.
