Located in Central Kalkan a short walk from all of Kalkan's amenities such as the charming old town and popular beach clubs. This villa accommodates up to six people with three en-suite bedrooms. Views of an olive grove, mountains and the sea can be seen from the first and second floors. Unique artwork compliments the interior of this villa by providing something different in every room.
Indoor space
First floor - Two of the bedrooms can be found on the first floor; one twin bedroom and one double bedroom. Both come with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies which provide views over the garden and out across the olive grove and sea in the distance.
Second floor - The second floor is home to the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a spacious balcony providing wide views over the garden, olive grove, mountains and sea. The balcony provides two sunbeds, a parasol and a table with two chairs making it a great spot to relax and enjoy some privacy.

Villa Ellis can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Ellis and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Ellis as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. We had a great holiday! Lovely Villa in a great location, spacious, modern, great kitchen, superb terrace and lovely pool. We would definitely go back. The safety grids around the pool require repair, many are missing which leaves a considerable and unsafe gap, we did our best to improve this during our stay. The Villa would benefit from a water cooler and a full length mirror, we did feed this back to the owner.
Villa Elis is perfect for us as a family of 5; we were welcomed by a personal note and a lovely bunch of flowers, and some food essentials to get us started. We have stayed at the villa before and it remains as lovely as ever, the villa is comfortable and clean, the beds especially so, and well equipped. The villa location is ideal for shopping and eating out and couldn't be more perfect for us. We were advised on arrival that a previous guest had broken a door handle and towards the end of the week we noticed another handle which had broken in the same way meaning we couldn't use one of the balconies, not a huge problem for us and the local team came out and repaired them. We also had a pool umbrella break (snapped off at the base) we let the property manager know but again, it wasnt an issue for us as we just brought the one from the top floor down.
The villa location is ideal for shopping and eating out and couldn't be more perfect for us!
We booked a private trip to Saklikent gorge with The Turquoise Collectiion which was great, the vehicle was very comfortable and the driver was super lovely.
The service from The Turquoise Collection has been excellent again and we have already booked with them to return to Kalkan next year.
Villa was fabulous. Only negative is that there needs to be a name plate to identify the villa on arrival.
Very nice new villa near both restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely pool and out look. My only criticism would be that the utensils in the kitchen were limited. I could find a cork screw, bottle opener or vegetable peeler. Minor points but simple rectify. Otherwise excellent holiday.
Villa Elis was absolutely perfect for us, the bedroom configuration, the pool, the location, the cleanliness - everything was faultless. The beds were amazingly comfortable and we feel very rested after a wonderful week away. Cannot fault this property at all, the only very minor downside was the patchy Wi-Fi, but this was a blessing in disguise as we all totally switched off.

The villa was very nice and well presented. The location was good as we could walk into Kalkan and even walk back too (although the last hill was a bit steep!). Unfortunately the wi-fi did not reach the top floor but was fine everywhere else. Overall a very nice, relaxing place
