Villa Gogen is a 4 bedroom villa situated just a short 5 minute stroll away from Kalkan’s old town, with its array of fine restaurants, charming boutiques and low-key nightlife. Ground floor
The ground floor of the property is 'split level' with the living area 3 steps down from an open plan kitchen and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen is at the rear of the ground floor and is fully fitted with modern appliances including a washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster and filter coffee machine. The living room is nicely furnished with some well-chosen art, a collection of comfortable sofas/armchairs, TV, a Turkish rug and a fireplace that enhances the character of this space. There are two sets of large glass doors to the front of the sitting room which provide access to the pool terrace and wonderful sea views.  The first of four bedrooms is located on the ground floor.  This is a twin en-suite bedroom with views of the mandarin trees in the private garden. 

First floor
The remaining three bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the property. There is a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a charming wooden Ottoman style sea view balcony, along with two further double bedrooms which also have en-suite shower rooms and share a balcony overlooking the private garden. The villa also benefits from a further communal balcony that can be accessed via a door on the landing.

Outside
Villa Gogen's outdoor space is simply designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The private oval-shaped pool provides a refreshing retreat, while the al-fresco dining area offers a welcoming spot to enjoy dining al-fresco and is complimented by the traditional stone BBQ.
