Ground floor
The ground floor of Villa Mavi Ev is an open-plan, split-level space. The main entrance and dining area are positioned on the upper level, and from here steps descend to the well-equipped kitchen and lounge space, where a large coffee table and two sofas offer a relaxed setting. Next to the lounge, there is a cosy snug with a flat-screen TV and a sofa. Large bifold doors open to the outside, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The ground floor also includes a utility room and a convenient WC.

The first bedroom is located on the ground floor. This spacious double bedroom features an en-suite shower room and is filled with natural light from two large windows that overlook the patio area.

First floor
The first floor of Villa Mavi Ev is home to the three remaining bedrooms, each offering a light and airy retreat. The master bedroom suite is a spacious room with an en-suite shower room featuring twin sinks, and a private balcony furnished with a table and chairs, offering a view of the pool. The second bedroom is a twin room with the option to convert to a double, also with an en-suite shower room and a private balcony that overlooks the patio area, furnished with a table and chairs. The third bedroom is a second twin room, which does not have an en-suite but is conveniently located near a family shower room.

Roof terrace
Steps from the first floor lead to the large roof terrace, a true highlight of Villa Mavi Ev. This spacious terrace features a comfortable lounge area with three cushioned sofas and a coffee table. A well-equipped bar with bar stools adds to the appeal, making it a great spot for enjoying evening drinks while taking in the views of the sea, surrounding mountains, and Kalkan's bay. Whether you are watching the sunset or simply soaking in the breath-taking scenery, the roof terrace offers a great setting for relaxation and entertainment.

Villa Mavi Ev's outdoor area offers a well-designed space for relaxation and outdoor activities. The terrace, enclosed by stone walls, features a private heated pool surrounded by six sun loungers. Next to the pool, a large corner sofa provides additional seating, while an al-fresco dining area for eight allows for comfortable outdoor meals. A stone BBQ is available for grilling.
On the opposite side of the terrace, the patio area includes a breakfast table seating six and a table tennis table.

Elevated between the Old Town and Kalamar Bay, Central Kalkan (or Ortaalan) offers a more spacious feel while maintaining easy access to the town's amenities. Its hillside position provides wide Mediterranean views and a quieter atmosphere than the historic centre, which is reachable within a short walk or a quick taxi ride. The area is highly practical, with supermarkets, bars, and local restaurants typically within a 10-minute walk of most properties, making it a convenient base for those who want both scenery and proximity to daily essentials.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.
