Ground floor
The living space features a comfortable open-plan layout that combines the lounge, kitchen and dining area. Full floor-to-ceiling sliding doors connect seamlessly to the pool terrace, bringing in natural light and providing easy outdoor access. The lounge includes two 3-seater sofas, an armchair, and a flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a large breakfast bar/table with seating for six and features modern appliances such as the coffee machine. There is also a WC on this level.

One bedroom is located on the ground floor. This is a colourful double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, wardrobe and a dressing table with a stool. The bedroom looks out to the olive groves and provides direct access to the pool terrace through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. The double can be arranged as a twin on request.

First floor
The first floor of Villa Paloma features two stylish bedrooms: one double and one twin (the twin can be arranged as a double on request). Both bedrooms boast en-suite shower rooms and private balconies with views of the olive groves and mountains. The balconies are furnished with a table and chairs. Each room includes a wardrobe and a dressing table with a stool.

Second floor / roof terrace
The second floor features the spacious master bedroom, complete with a double bed, bedside tables, en-suite shower room and a dressing area with a stool. Floor-to-ceiling doors open up to a furnished roof terrace, offering breath-taking views of Kalkan's bay. The terrace is well furnished with a double swing seat, two sun beds and a comfortable sofa set for lounging, as well as a parasol and pergola to provide some shade.

Lower ground floor
The lower ground floor is accessed separately to the main villa building and houses the cinema room, pool table and gym. Guests can enjoy use of a 64" flat screen SMART TV, PlayStation console, reclining seats and bean bags. The gym equipment available includes a spinning bike, multi gym machine and a selection of weights.

Outside, Villa Paloma offers a spacious and well-equipped area for outdoor living. A large terrace surrounds the swimming pool, which features Roman-style steps, an integrated Jacuzzi, and a shallow area. Six sun beds, ample parasols, and a double daybed provide plenty of space to relax and unwind by the pool, whilst to the side, a shady pergola covers a comfortable sofa set and a cushioned swing seat.

The outdoor dining area, which seats eight, is covered by a second shady pergola and includes a BBQ for al fresco meals. For added fun, there is also a table tennis table.

Elevated between the Old Town and Kalamar Bay, Central Kalkan (or Ortaalan) offers a more spacious feel while maintaining easy access to the town's amenities. Its hillside position provides wide Mediterranean views and a quieter atmosphere than the historic centre, which is reachable within an 8 to 20-minute walk or a quick taxi ride. The area is highly practical, with supermarkets, bars, and local restaurants typically within a 10-minute walk of most properties, making it a convenient base for those who want both scenery and proximity to daily essentials.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.

Dalaman Airport is the nearest airport for Kalkan - around 90 minutes away by car. We can arrange your private airport transfers or car hire if preferred for added flexibility during your stay.
