The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £250. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Apartment Ruya can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. Perfect location right in the old town with its numerous excellent restaurants. Gorgeous view from the balcony Great clean space very well equipped Minor thing there was no cafetiere which was on the list of amenties. Loved this apartment and everything about Kalkan would definitely rebook.
Overall very well maintained, and clean, air con very good. Pool area and pool always clean and well looked after by the pool man. A couple of things need replacing in Ruya…clothes airer is broken, held to get her with string and a bread basket has no base, only small things though.
The Turquoise Collection team have provided a very good service pre-departure and thei team are very knowledgeable and helpful.
The Turquoise Collection organised our private airport transfers and these were excellent, on time, clean cars and safe driving!
We had a lovely stay and the apartment is in a wonderful location. We did have an issue with gaining access on our arrival, no body to meet and no key left and it took around 50 mins to resolve. We were move than happy to empty our own bins but felt only getting one clean a week and a change of bedding/towels once a week wasn't enough (we were aware of this before hand but feel an extra clean would help). Also the installation of a water cooler would be a major benefit to the apartment.
We have already booked to return to apartment Ruya for 2026!
Perfect location for our first trip to Kalkan. Good size apartment, clean and well equipped.
Apartment Ruya was in a fantastic location in Old Kalkan. It was very well equipped and in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable with good linen and towels. We had such great views from the balconies which were a good size for 4 people. The use of the shared pool was perfect with comfy sunbeds and cushions. I would highly recommend.
