In a premium location in Kalkan's historic and beautiful Old Town area, Villa Pearl is in a very convenient location to enjoy the beach, harbour, boutiques and vibrant dining scene for which Kalkan is renowned; all just 3 minutes walk away. The property offers spacious accommodation for up to 8 guests, a private freshwater swimming pool and al-fresco dining area. Two en-suite double and two en-suite twin bedrooms all with sea views are arranged on the first and second floors.

Living
area
On the ground floor, a bright open-plan living space
includes a welcoming hallway, dining area, fully equipped kitchen,
comfortable lounge and shower room. Large sliding glass doors open
onto the terrace from both the kitchen and lounge, making
indoor-outdoor living effortless.
Soft sofas, stylish furnishings and contemporary lighting create a relaxed, elegant holiday atmosphere - great for family movie nights on the SMART TV or quiet evenings after exploring town.

The two double bedrooms enjoy full sea views, while the two twin rooms offer partial sea views.
Outdoor space
At the heart of
the terrace is the private freshwater swimming pool, entered via
Roman steps. Eight sun loungers and three large parasols surround
the pool, positioned to make the most of the sea views while
offering welcome shade during the heat of the day.
A stone mosaic dining terrace provides a shaded setting for long, leisurely meals together. With a stone BBQ and generous table seating, it's an inviting space for family feasts, relaxed lunches, or sunset suppers after a day exploring Kalkan's charming streets.
Mature planting and traditional stone walls frame the garden, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere.
There is also a table tennis table located on the upper terrace space, near the entrance to the villa.

Accidental Damage Waiver Fee: A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 per booking will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Pearl can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. Villa Pearl is an extremely well located, spacious and well appointed villa. It's literally just a stones throw from everything that Kalkan has to offer. The kitchen and living area have everything that you could need and the villa really felt like a home from home. All of the bedrooms have great views and the beds are really comfortable which is often not the case in holiday accommodation so it was great to get a lovely relaxing nights sleep while on holiday. The cleaning of both the pool area and the interior of the villa was very thorough and regular. All in all we couldn't have asked for more.
This is our 3rd stay at Villa Pearl in Kalkan, it's a beautiful villa right in the old town, but far enough away to be very peaceful, the villa was immaculate on our arrival & we found all the staff to be very friendly.
Wow! What can we say, we have never stayed in such a beautiful villa!! It was absolutely everything we could wish for and more! The only thing we regret is not booking two weeks instead of one! A group of 8 of us stayed for a total of 8 nights (family & friends). The villa is very modern but still in keeping with the 'old town' feel of things. We had maids come in daily to change our towels, refill and make our beds (which was completely unexpected!) PLUS our pool was cleaned each morning! We genuinely didn't expect any of this and were extremely grateful for the service. All the rooms have air con & each bedroom has its own bathroom. But what really won us over was that every single room in the Villa had an amazing view - this made our holiday! Will definitely be coming back -thank you so much for making our holiday so special!

Kalkan is a beautiful place to visit, the people, restaurants and bars are wonderful. Villa Pearl is a well stocked property with lovely views of the bay. It has spacious feel. The Turquoise Collection team were very helpful and attentive. We would not hesitate to use them again.
