As you enter the villa you walk into the ground floor open-plan living area which comprises a kitchen that is well equipped to self-cater, a lounge, dining room and cloakroom. The extensive use of glass not only opens up the views from this space but introduces plenty of natural light. Sliding glass doors open up to the dining and pool terraces. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor en-suite bedrooms. The villa is fully air-conditioned and comfortably furnished.

First floor: 2 x double bedrooms and 1 x twin bedroom
There are two en-suite doubles and an en-suite twin bedroom on this floor. Each has a furnished balcony and wonderful sweeping views  over the sea to Kalkan old town.

One of the highlights of this property is its' unusual amount of spaces that are designed around an outdoor lifestyle and span several tiers. The main terraces host a private freeform infinity pool surrounded with cushioned sunbeds and parasols for relaxing. There are dedicated areas with a BBQ for alfresco dining and the garden and terraces dotted with native plants further enhance the attractive pool area and provide colour and fragrance.

The upper level 'garden room' is great for dining and relaxing and the adjacent infinity-jacuzzi provides an intimate vantage point over Kalkan Bay.

A distinct feature of the property is its coastal access: a flight of roughly 150 steps leads directly down the cliffside to a shared waterfront platform, ideal for swimming and relaxing by the water's edge. Please note: that although the beach platform with water access is part of the villa, the platform is not private and other people are able to access the platform.

Both the main pool and Jacuzzi pool can be heated for an additional charge.

The Kışla area is a peaceful residential enclave on the eastern side of the bay, situated just beyond Komurluk. Kisla is known for its spectacular, front-row views of the Kalkan sunset. Positioned along the hillside, the area looks directly across the water toward the harbour and the Old Town, which provides a beautiful backdrop at dusk as the town lights up against the mountainside. The area has a relaxed atmosphere and is home to several of Kalkan's established beach clubs. While the walk into the town centre takes around 20 to 35 minutes along sloping coastal roads, a number of beach clubs operate a water taxi service regularly during the day for patrons, providing a direct connection from the Kışla beach clubs across the bay to the main harbour.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.
