Ground Floor: An open-plan living area covers most of the ground floor, with the lounge area furnished with sofas and armchairs. Situated between the lounge area and kitchen there is a dining table to seat 10 guests. At the opposite end of the living room to the lounge is a well-equipped kitchen. There are large sliding glass patio doors which lead out on to the sea view pool terrace. The ground floor also includes a comfortable double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. This bedroom offers direct access to the main pool terrace, providing easy indoor-outdoor living.

First Floor: The first floor of Villa Cennet Koy offers two well-appointed double bedrooms. Both rooms feature en-suite bathrooms complete with walk-in rain showers and private Jacuzzi baths, as well as sea views and direct access to a private furnished balcony.

Second Floor: The top floor of Villa Cennet Koy is dedicated to the penthouse bedroom, featuring a double bed and an en-suite shower room. This bedroom boasts breath-taking sea views and opens directly onto the roof terrace. Furnished with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, parasol, and cushioned sun loungers, the terrace is a great spot to relax while taking in panoramic views of the sea, nearby beach clubs, and Kalkan's harbour.

Lower Ground Floor: The lower ground floor of Villa Cennet Koy features two twin bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. This level also offers an entertainment/lounge area complete with seating, a large Smart TV, and a table tennis table. Just outside, a small terrace leads to a mini plunge pool, creating just another spot to cool off and unwind.

The outdoor area at Villa Cennet Koy is designed for both relaxation and entertaining, with uninterrupted views over the sea, nearby beach clubs, and Kalkan's scenic harbour. At its centre is a striking triangular-shaped infinity pool, surrounded by cushioned sun loungers and parasols for sun-soaked days by the water.

To one side of the pool, a shaded swing seat and a comfortable sofa seating area offer a peaceful spot to unwind while taking in the views. The villa also features two outdoor dining tables, one seating 6 and the other 8, ideal for al-fresco meals or evening barbecues. A separate Jacuzzi plunge pool completes the space, adding another option for relaxation.

The Kışla area is a peaceful residential enclave on the eastern side of the bay, situated just beyond Komurluk. Kisla is known for its spectacular, front-row views of the Kalkan sunset. Positioned along the hillside, the area looks directly across the water toward the harbour and the Old Town, which provides a beautiful backdrop at dusk as the town lights up against the mountainside. The area has a relaxed atmosphere and is home to several of Kalkan's established beach clubs. While the walk into the town centre takes around 20 to 35 minutes along sloping coastal roads, a number of beach clubs operate a water taxi service regularly during the day for patrons, providing a direct connection from the Kışla beach clubs across the bay to the main harbour.

There is a small supermarket and a handful of restaurants approximately a 5-10 minute walk from Villa Cennet Koy. A number of local beach clubs can be reached within a 2-10 minute walk, including Kalkan Beach Park, Green Beach Club and Mahal Beach Club.
