Villa Grande | TC6060 | Large villa with private pool, sea views & walking distance to beach clubs

The villa is spread over 4 floors and arranged as follows:

Ground floor - entering the villa from the garden, Villa Grande's living area includes an open-plan lounge and dining area. The living room offers plenty of stylish and comfortable seating with two sofas, an armchair, fireplace, coffee table and TV. Adjacent to the living area, there is seating for 8 in the dining area and also space for 3 people on the high counter in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped to accommodate any culinary adventure.

The 7th bedroom of the villa is located on the ground floor, ideal for guests with limited mobility. This is a single bedroom suitable for one guest, equipped with a wardrobe, TV, dressing area and armchair. The bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

First Floor

• Master Bedroom: Occupying the front facade, this principal bedroom features a king-size bed, a smart TV, a combination safe, and a silent ceiling fan. Floor-to-ceiling doors open onto a private balcony with full sea views. The en-suite bathroom is finished with retro-style ceramics and a large walk-in shower. Space is available for a cot upon request.
• Double Bedroom: Situated on the right side of the villa, this bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, a dedicated dressing area with a wardrobe, and a comfortable armchair. Two private balconies offer dual aspects over the sea and gardens.
• Twin/Double Bedroom: Located on the left side of the villa, this versatile room can be configured with either two single beds or a double bed. It features an en-suite bathroom, a wardrobe, a dressing area, and an armchair, with views extending out to sea from its private balcony.

Second Floor

• Second Master Bedroom: A front-facing bedroom with a king-size bed, smart TV, safe, silent fan, and full sea views from its private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a large shower and retro ceramic tiling. (A cot can be accommodated on request).
• Double Bedroom: Positioned on the right side of the villa, featuring an en-suite bathroom, dressing area, armchair, and two balconies with sea and garden views.
• Twin/Double Bedroom: Located on the left side of the villa, offering flexible twin or double bedding, an en-suite bathroom, dressing area, and a private sea-view balcony.

Roof terrace - Villa Grande's roof terrace provides guests with an exclusive area for relaxing and admiring a unique sunset towards the evening hours, this view becomes quite romantic. The floor is dedicated to a spa room fitted with a Jacuzzi bath from which guests can enjoy the sea views and a kitchenette area featuring bar stool seating, perfect for preparing and enjoying light meals.

Villa Grande is located on a large plot, therefore benefitting from a spacious terrace featuring a private swimming pool and multiple seating areas for guests to relax on. There is also shaded outdoor sofa and armchair set, along with two separate dining spaces and a BBQ enabling guests to dine al-fresco. Although separated, the two dining tables could easily be arranged to seat 14 guests together. The swimming pool offers some sea views and is lined with plenty of cushioned sun beds and parasols.

Villa Grande's roof terrace can accommodate 4 guests on sun loungers and there is a separate al-fresco dining area, all of which overlooks the sea and Kalkan bay. There is convenient kitchenette with bar stools. 

The Kışla area is a peaceful residential enclave on the eastern side of the bay, situated just beyond Komurluk. Kisla is known for its spectacular, front-row views of the Kalkan sunset. Positioned along the hillside, the area looks directly across the water toward the harbour and the Old Town, which provides a beautiful backdrop at dusk as the town lights up against the mountainside. The area has a relaxed atmosphere and is home to several of Kalkan's established beach clubs. While the walk into the town centre takes around 20 to 35 minutes along sloping coastal roads, a number of beach clubs operate a water taxi service regularly during the day for patrons, providing a direct connection from the Kışla beach clubs across the bay to the main harbour.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.

Dalaman Airport is the nearest airport for Kalkan - around 90 minutes away by car. We can arrange your private airport transfers or car hire if preferred for added flexibility during your stay.

The pricing shown is for a maximum of 12 guests. Villa Grande will accommodate up to 14 guests, with the 14th guest on a folding trundle bed. The additional 13th and 14th guests will be subject to an additional payment of £40 per person, per night.
