Ground floor - An open-plan living space occupies the ground floor which is a light filled space with glass doors or windows to 3 aspects. Sliding glass doors at the front of the villa extend the internal space outside to the pool and dining terraces. The living area comprises a fitted kitchen, equipped to self-cater, lounge seating and a dining set up. There is also a WC on this floor. 

First floor - There are two king size double bedrooms with sea views and en-suite shower rooms on this floor.

Second floor - There is a further king size double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with sea views and en-suite shower rooms on this floor.

Roof terrace floor - A twin bedroom with an adjacent shower room and a particularly generous terrace furnished with sun loungers offers panoramic views of the sea and mountains.

The outside space comprises a private infinity swimming pool and poolside terrace furnished with cushioned sunloungers. A covered dining terrace is positioned at the front of the property with another shaded al-fresco dining area with BBQ to the side/rear and a grassed area to the right of the property furnished with two sunloungers. Villa Hera also provides a table tennis table for guests' enjoyment.

The Kışla area is a peaceful residential enclave on the eastern side of the bay, situated just beyond Komurluk. Kisla is known for its spectacular, front-row views of the Kalkan sunset. Positioned along the hillside, the area looks directly across the water toward the harbour and the Old Town, which provides a beautiful backdrop at dusk as the town lights up against the mountainside. The area has a relaxed atmosphere and is home to several of Kalkan's established beach clubs. While the walk into the town centre takes around 20 to 35 minutes along sloping coastal roads, a number of beach clubs operate a water taxi service regularly during the day for patrons, providing a direct connection from the Kışla beach clubs across the bay to the main harbour.

The Kalkan Park beach club is a few minutes' walk away and here guests can find a water taxi service to central Kalkan, and facilities for both children and adults to enjoy. 

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.

There is easy access to the property's ground floor level via a few steps from the road in front of the villa. 

Dalaman Airport is the nearest airport for Kalkan - around 90 minutes away by car. We can arrange your private airport transfers or car hire if preferred for added flexibility during your stay.

For larger parties, there is the opportunity to book more than one villa. Villa Elia and Villa Kiki are also located on the same road as Villa Hera and are similar in layout. Therefore, any two or all three of these villas could be booked so that your party can still holiday together.
