Four en-suite king size bedrooms and three large twin bedrooms all have their own balconies and great sea views. Downstairs offers comfortable open plan space, enhanced by full air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. Accommodation is fully air-conditioned and is arranged over four floors as follows.

Ground floor -The open plan ground floor is made up of a lounge area, dining area, kitchen and utility room. The lounge consists of a large corner sofa which converts to a sofabed, a chaise longue, arm chairs, a TV, DVD player and iPod docking stations. The kitchen features soft close cupboard doors, an island breakfast table, a cooker, hob, built-in microwave, American fridge freezer and additional items for self-catering. The large utility room consists of a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Large glass doors lead out from the open plan living space directly onto the pool terrace.

First floor:

• Bedroom 1 - A super king double bedroom with en-suite facilities, bedside tables, a vanity desk and glass sliding doors which provide access to a furnished sea-view balcony.
• Bedroom 2 - A super king double bedroom with en-suite wet room facilities, bedside tables, a vanity desk and glass sliding doors which provide access to a furnished sea-view balcony.
• Bedroom 3 - A twin bedroom with wardrobe, vanity unit and sea view balcony. This bedroom shares a wet room with the two other twin bedrooms.

Second floor

• Bedroom 4 - The master bedroom with en-suite wet room and a Jacuzzi bath within the room which overlooks Kalkan Bay. This bedroom has large windows to two aspects and large glass doors which provide direct access to a furnished terrace.
• Bedroom 5 - A sea view super king double bedroom with wardrobe, vanity unit, an en-suite wet room and sea view balcony.

Third floor

• Bedroom 6 - A twin bedroom with wardrobe, vanity unit and sea view balcony. This bedroom shares a wet room with the two other twin bedrooms.
• Bedroom 7 - A twin bedroom with wardrobe, vanity unit and sea view balcony. This bedroom shares a wet room with the two other twin bedrooms.

The outside space is well designed and furnished with plenty of sunbeds, parasols and two large pergolas providing welcome shade during summer. The mature garden is full of scented flowers and fruit trees creating a fantastic area to BBQ. The pool provides space for fun and exercise, and the outside dining furniture and loungers enable the maximum use of the idyllic location. The adult pool has Roman steps for ease of entry, and a built-in Jacuzzi system adds to your relaxation.

Kiziltas is a popular hillside area of Kalkan, situated just above the D400 main road and directly behind the historic old town. Facing south, its elevated position commands truly magnificent, uninterrupted views across the entire bay toward Snake and Mouse Islands. While the walk down into town is usually manageable with convenient pedestrian access provided via a footbridge over the main road, the return journey is a steep uphill climb. Fortunately, taxis are plentiful, making it easy to get back to your villa if you prefer not to walk or haven't hired a car.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.

The villa has approximately 15 steps down to the entrance and may not be suitable for less able individuals.

Dalaman Airport is the nearest airport for Kalkan - around 90 minutes away by car. We can arrange your private airport transfers or car hire if preferred for added flexibility during your stay.

Towels and bed linen are provided and all are changed every 7 days as part of a thorough, full villa clean and the gardens and pools are cleaned every day.
