Step into Villa Aqua Marine's spacious open-plan living area, where a fully equipped modern kitchen awaits. A breakfast bar with stools connects to a cosy living area with comfortable sofas, a DVD and stereo system, and a fireplace for cooler evenings if your stay is out of season. The living area merges with a beautiful indoor dining area, creating a pleasing space for meals. Large windows and French doors provide seamless access to the terraces and swimming pool.

A recess houses a utility area with washing machine, iron, ironing board, a large safe, and a security system for your convenience and peace of mind. There are two bedrooms on this level, a double bedroom with marble en-suite and French doors opening onto the pool terrace. This room is accessed internally from a door off the living area.

A further spacious double poolside room, with super-king-sized bed and en-suite facilities is accessed externally from French doors from the pool terrace. This room is spacious enough to accommodate an additional single bed if necessary.

First Floor: 3 bedrooms - two double bedrooms and one twin bedded room
Ascend the staircase to reach the first floor. Here, you'll be greeted by a spacious landing with floor-to-ceiling windows and a door that opens onto a terrace with comfortable seating and panoramic views. This floor houses the twin-bedded room with marble en-suite facilities and a front sea view balcony equipped with a bistro set.

A large double-bedded room with en-suite wet room opens onto a generous side terrace with beautiful views over the bay furnished with cushioned seating and coffee table. The third room on this level features a double bed with wet room en-suite and side balcony with sea views and comfortable seats.

Lower Ground Floor: Games room, one double bedroom
Access the lower level of the villa through a sweeping staircase from the al-fresco dining area on the ground floor terrace.  The lower level houses a games room with a pool table and darts for your entertainment. Adjacent to the games room is the sixth bedroom suite, with a large double bed and marble en-suite facilities.

Ground Floor: Dine al-fresco on the large wooden table and chairs sheltered by a palm thatched canopy with cooling fan ensuring comfort on the hottest days. Take a dip in the inviting swimming pool surrounded by an abundance of cushioned sun-loungers, or relax with a sun-downer on the comfortable sofa set.

First Floor: The spacious landing has floor-to-ceiling windows and a door that opens onto a terrace with comfortable seating and panoramic views. 

Roof Terrace: A highlight of Villa Aqua Marine is the spacious roof terrace offering panoramic sea views. This large private terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating and a table tennis table.

Lower Ground Floor: Here, you'll discover a substantial terrace offering an array of spaces to relax, drink, dine and entertain. Nestled under a palm canopy, the generously sized Ottoman-inspired seating area curves around a circular mosaic table and chairs offering the perfect setting for dining or simply coming together for a refreshing drink and a friendly card game. Right behind, also shaded by a palm canopy, you'll find a well-appointed bar complete with a sink, fridge, and bar stools. The outdoor Jacuzzi offers another opportunity to cool off or relax and take in the views.

Kiziltas is a popular hillside area of Kalkan, situated just above the D400 main road and directly behind the historic old town. Facing south, its elevated position commands truly magnificent, uninterrupted views across the entire bay toward Snake and Mouse Islands. While the walk down into town is usually manageable with convenient pedestrian access provided via a footbridge over the main road, the return journey can be a steep uphill climb. Fortunately, taxis are plentiful, making it easy to get back to your villa if you prefer not to walk or haven't hired a car.
