The open plan living area is furnished with large sofas, a coffee table and has a flat screen TV. The dining area has a table to seat 8 guests and connects to the well-equipped, modern kitchen. The entire space connects seamlessly with the pool terrace via large, glass doors. 

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. One double room with a king-sized bed, bedside drawers, a dressing table, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The other is a twin bedroom with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, bedside drawers, dressing table and en-suite bathroom. The two bedrooms share access to a large balcony with panoramic views  providing a relaxed outside seating area with a sofa, two chairs and a coffee table, great for enjoying an early evening drink. 

A further to bedrooms are located on the second floor. One double room with a king-sized bed, a dressing table, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The other is a twin bedroom with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite bathroom. The two bedrooms each have their own French balconys from which you can enjoy the views. 

The remaining double bedroom is on the third floor. This bedroom features a king-sized bed, a dressing table, wardrobe and bathroom that is located across the landing. The bedroom has access to a large roof terrace furnished with seating and sun loungers, offering  even more amazing views down to Kalkan town and the sea.  

On the lower ground level there is a games room with a pool table and a table tennis table for entertainment. There is also a treadmill and step machine for those wishing to use fitness equipment. 

The outdoor living area features a shaded pergola with a BBQ and a large dining table seating up to 10 guests, making it ideal for al fresco meals. There is also a comfortable shaded lounge area with a sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table, providing a great spot to relax or enjoy informal dining and drinks. The infinity pool is accessed via a chrome ladder and is surrounded by 8 woven wicker-style sun loungers and a double daybed, paired with large sun umbrellas for added shade. A convenient outdoor shower is located beside the pool. With panoramic sea views, the outdoor space provides a relaxing setting for unwinding, entertaining, and making the most of the Mediterranean lifestyle.

Kiziltas is a popular hillside area of Kalkan, situated just above the D400 main road and directly behind the historic old town. Facing south, its elevated position commands truly magnificent, uninterrupted views across the entire bay toward Snake and Mouse Islands. While the walk down into town is usually manageable with convenient pedestrian access provided via a footbridge over the main road, the return journey can be a steep uphill climb. Fortunately, taxis are plentiful, making it easy to get back to your villa if you prefer not to walk or haven't hired a car.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.
