Bedrooms
The villa itself features a thoughtfully designed layout with
well-appointed bedrooms spread across three floors. There is a
king-size bedroom on the ground floor with access to the pool
terrace, two further king-size bedrooms and a twin bedroom on the
first floor with furnished sea view balconies and an additional
king-size bedroom on the second floor, which boasts its own roof
terrace. All five bedrooms are en-suite. The roof terrace also
offers a shaded seating area, perfect for enjoying a cool respite
from the heat. Additionally, two sun loungers are provided,
allowing you to enjoy this lovely outside space in comfort.
Living and dining
area
An expansive open plan living area incorporating two seating areas
and a well equipped kitchen opens via two large glass sliding doors
to the pool terrace and open sea views beyond. This stylish and
comfortably furnished space is flooded with light from two aspects
and along with all the bedrooms is fully air-conditioned.
Pool terrace
The spacious pool terrace is another highlight of Villa Casa Che,
boasting a total of 10 sun loungers. Here, you can soak up the
sun's rays and lounge by the pool. The terrace also features an
al-fresco dining area for 10 people and a shaded sofa area with a
fire pit. Power lines run high up over land in front of the
property, not as it may appear in some of the images over the
villa.
Annex
Located on the expansive pool terrace, a separate annex offers a
dedicated space where you can rejuvenate and indulge in self-care,
with both a well-equipped gym and a luxurious jacuzzi bath.

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Casa Che can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Casa Che and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Casa Che as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
