The ground floor of Villa Cecili offers an inviting open-plan layout, seamlessly blending the kitchen, dining, and living areas for relaxed holiday living. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing anything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, and an adjacent dining area features a table that comfortably seats eight. The lounge offers two sofas, two armchairs and a SMART TV providing ample space to unwind. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, filling the space with natural light and creating an effortless indoor-outdoor flow. Also on this floor is a convenient guest WC and a comfortable single bedroom, ideal for a child, teen, or additional guest.

The first floor of Villa Cecili features three well-appointed bedrooms. There is one twin bedroom and two spacious double bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms, vanity table and stool, and private balconies that offer sea and mountain views. The master double bedroom also boasts a Jacuzzi bath for added indulgence.

The second floor is home to the villa's final double bedroom, offering a vanity area and en-suite bathroom. Large glass doors lead out to the expansive, furnished roof terrace. From here, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the sea and surrounding mountains, a great spot to enjoy a sundowner.

Villa Cecili's outdoor space is designed to make the most of its spectacular setting. The main terrace features a private infinity pool surrounded by eight sun loungers and two large parasols. Two pergolas provide shade over an al-fresco dining table for eight, as well as a comfortable sofa lounge area, ideal for relaxed meals or evening drinks. Guests can also enjoy a double swing seat and a table tennis table for added fun and entertainment.

Steps lead up to a second, more intimate terrace, where a cushioned outdoor sofa set sits beneath another pergola, offering a peaceful retreat with commanding views. The outdoor spaces at the villa all make the most of the views, overlooking the sea, picturesque Snake and Mouse Islands, and the surrounding mountains.

Kiziltas is a popular hillside area of Kalkan, situated just above the D400 main road and directly behind the historic old town. Facing south, its elevated position commands truly magnificent, uninterrupted views across the entire bay toward Snake and Mouse Islands. While the walk down into town is usually manageable with convenient pedestrian access provided via a footbridge over the main road, the return journey can be a steep uphill climb. Fortunately, taxis are plentiful, making it easy to get back to your villa if you prefer not to walk or haven't hired a car.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.
