Welcome to Villa Cecili, a spacious 5-bedroom villa that accommodates up to 9 guests and boasts views over Kalkan's Bay and beyond to Snake and Mouse Islands. The villa features a private pool, table tennis table, and ample indoor and outdoor areas for dining and lounging, inviting guests to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The villa offers an elevated location in Kiziltas, however it is approximately a quick 15 minute walk down to Kalkan's vibrant old town.

Ground Floor
The ground floor of Villa Cecili offers an inviting open-plan layout, seamlessly blending the kitchen, dining, and living areas for relaxed holiday living. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing anything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, and an adjacent dining area features a table that comfortably seats eight. The lounge offers two sofas, two armchairs and a SMART TV providing ample space to unwind. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, filling the space with natural light and creating an effortless indoor-outdoor flow.

Also on this floor is a convenient guest WC and a comfortable single bedroom-ideal for a child, teen, or additional guest.

First Floor
The first floor of Villa Cecili features three well-appointed bedrooms. There is one twin bedroom and two spacious double bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms, vanity table and stool, and private balconies that offer sea and mountain views. The master double bedroom also boasts a Jacuzzi bath for added indulgence.

Second Floor
The second floor is home to the villa's final double bedroom, offering a vanity area and en-suite bathroom. Large glass doors lead out to the expansive, furnished roof terrace. From here, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the sea and surrounding mountains-a great spot to enjoy a sundowner. 

Outdoor Space
Villa Cecili's outdoor space is designed to make the most of its spectacular setting. The main terrace features a private infinity pool surrounded by eight sun loungers and two large parasols. Two pergolas provide shade over an al-fresco dining table for eight, as well as a comfortable sofa lounge area-ideal for relaxed meals or evening drinks. Guests can also enjoy a double swing seat and a table tennis table for added fun and entertainment.

Steps lead up to a second, more intimate terrace, where a cushioned outdoor sofa set sits beneath another pergola-offering a peaceful retreat with commanding views. The outdoor spaces at the villa all make the most of the views, overlooking the sea, picturesque Snake and Mouse Islands, and the surrounding mountains.
