Lower ground floor:

The lower ground floor boasts an open plan living area with comfortable seating, a pool table and bar, as well as access to an outdoor gym - There is something at this villa for everyone. The villa also has two bedrooms on this floor, a twin room and a double.

Bedroom 1 - 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, air conditioner, balcony with seating and en-suite.

Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds (can be converted into a double bed optionally), wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite

Ground floor:

The ground floor boasts the modern, fully equipped kitchen as well as the living room and dining area, all beautifully furnished for a luxurious stay. Large, glass sliding doors open up from the living area to outside seating, a shaded dining area and the pool terrace with plenty of sun loungers. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas have seats for 10 and there is also access to a barbecue area outside. 

The private infinity pool faces the sea and has excellent views of both kalkan and Snake and Mouse Islands.

First floor:

The first floor has two ensuite bedrooms, both with a balcony and the larger bedroom also has a Jacuzzi.
