The villa has a curved balcony which is one of the main features of the property and is great for enjoying the view of Kalkan Bay.
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and laid out as
follows:
Ground floor
The living area is open plan and incorporates a fully
equipped kitchen, dining area with breakfast bar and a lounge which
has two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. The outside space is
accessed via a large glass arch door which is located in the living
area and allows guests to have easy access to the pool terrace.
There is also a large sliding door from the dining area on to the
terrace. There is a separate W/C on the ground floor and a cupboard
by the front door.
Villa Yasemin is fully air-conditioned throughout and
unlimited WiFi is provided for Turquoise Collection
guests.
Bedroom 1 - There is an en-suite double bedroom on the
ground floor with partial sea views; a wardrobe and dressing table,
bedside tables, and glass doors which open out onto the furnished
poolside terrace.
First floor
Bedroom 2 - A double bedroom with en-suite shower room,
ample storage, dressing table, side tables and access to a large
furnished, sea view balcony which is shared with the twin bedroom
on this floor. The balcony can also be accessed from a door on
the landing.
Bedroom 3 - A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, ample
storage, dressing table, side tables and access to a large
furnished, sea view balcony which is shared with the double bedroom
on this floor.
Second floor
Bedroom 4 - There is one double bedroom with side table,
wardrobe, a dressing table and sea views located on the second
floor. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room and sliding
glass doors leading out to its private sea view balcony, with a
sofa, two chairs, coffee table, and parasol. In the store room
there is a fridge and table with a kettle, for the convenience of
top floor guests.
Outdoor area
The pool
terrace is furnished with eight sun loungers, four parasols, a BBQ
and a table with eight chairs for alfresco dining*. The outdoor
space also has
a comfortable seating area for eight under a pergola. A
private infinity swimming pool is provided for guests and can also
be heated in the cooler months upon request.
There is a table tennis table under shade, beside the car
space. Bats and balls may be found in the hall
cupboard.

Villa Yasemin can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Yasemin and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Yasemin as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The accommodation was very clean and in a great location for great views over Kalkan. The villa was well equipped with everything we could possibly need, from chilled water tanks, to an extensive range of crockery, cleaning items and linen. The villa was very spacious and we certainly didn't feel we were living in each others pockets, with being two separate families. The villa/pool/gardens are maintained to a high standard.
The cleanliness of the pool and the property were excellent. The utilities available was everything you needed.
This is a cool, spacious, and modern villa - very well laid out
and equipped.
There's a heart stoppingly fantastic view down to Kalkan, across
the bay and to the sea beyond, to gaze on as you sit or sunbathe by
the pool. You can walk down to the lively bars shops and
restaurants of the town although not everyone will want to come
back up the hill on foot: but taxis are plentiful and cheap. On the
other hand, just a hundred yards away on the same level there's a
restaurant/bar with terraces and which also takes full advantage of
the view, and which we much enjoyed.
Lots to explore in the area, including famous classical
ruins if of interest, and also the fabulous Patara beach. Then
there's just lazing about. We did. Highly recommended.
With breathtaking views over Kalkan Marina and beyond the
Villa Yasemin is
the ideal place to stay.
A really lovely villa with all the creature comforts you
need to make a very relaxing holiday.
The infinity pool and spacious terrace with loungers and
umbrellas add to the outside ambience.
We had a great holiday and are returning in
September.
Villa Yasemin is a well appointed, very comfortable family villa with plenty of mod cons including air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. An inviting infinity pool and spacious terrace overlooks Kalkan marina and out to mouse and snake island. The view is breathtaking. An easy stroll down to town to enjoy a delicious meal from the wide array of restaurants in vibrant Kalkan, is a little more challenging on the way back up - or take one of the many bright yellow taxis back up the hill. A very relaxing stay with our teen boys.
