Villa Jamandutania is a classic Mediterranean stone built 4 bedroom detached villa set in a lovely Komurluk location with panoramic sea views, and approximately just 10 minutes walk from Kalkan’s Old Town. The property has immense charm and character and offers an unusually large amount of outside space on several levels, a very good sized pool, mature planting and attractive shady spots to BBQ, dine and relax.
Indoor space
Two of the villa's four bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The first is a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom including a bath, opening onto a furnished terrace with access to the pool terrace. The second is a smaller double bedroom with a mirror and cupboard space. This bedroom does not have an en-suite bathroom; however, the ground floor family bathroom is located directly opposite.
A marble staircase leads to the first floor, where the remaining two bedrooms are situated. The master bedroom features a double bed, generous storage, an en-suite bathroom and glass doors opening onto a private furnished terrace with views across Kalkan harbour and out to sea. The fourth bedroom is also a double, with an en-suite bathroom and access to a private furnished terrace.

well for those who like to be within easy reach of Kalkan's beach

A stunning villa in a wonderful location. The accommodation was clean and comfortable.
Beautiful property in a Beautiful setting. Not overlooked like other villas in the area tended to be.
The villa was fantastically clean, large, and split over a few levels from the terraces off the bedrooms down to the dining area, then pool area below that (and utility below that). We loved the privacy the villa offered due to its situation and mature gardens that were attended every day. With our 'kids' in tow and their partners (all twenty-somethings), we never felt the villa was too small or too hot as the rooms were a great size and all air conditioned. The views from the villa were also great, looking over the hills, sea, harbour and town (especially at night where the lights in town lit up, and the reds of the sunset were visible behind the hills - framed by Bougainvillea, it really was idyllic). The location was great, being a short walk from town. Would we stay again - definitely, none of our party could fault it!
The turquoise collection offered an excellent service whilst on holiday. Any queries or concerns were answered very quickly and the whole holiday ran very smoothly. The villa itself was amazing with brilliant outdoor space, a huge pool and amazing views. The added benefit of the villa being recently refurbished was great and inside, the villa felt very modern.
This is a stunning property which feels spacious yet cosy - beautiful planting - excellent position and location for the town and the sea - very comfortable !

Villa Jamandutania is such a beautiful property in Kalkan, with stunning views over the harbour and beach and wonderfully maintained plants and pots all around the gorgeous pool. Even though you are only a five minute walk from the local amenities and restaurants, you feel like you are in your own world. Would highly recommend!!
We were very tired after our flight and taxi journey from Dalaman but the moment we walked through the gate of the villa we were blown away by the wonderful garden space and views across to the harbour. Every day spent at the villa was so enjoyable and relaxing and we would definitely recommend staying there. Really enjoyed the outside space, views and pool were fantastic. The lighting around the garden was lovely and it was great having the BBQ as well.
