Villa Kumanluk is a 5-bedroom retreat with private pool offering guests a harmonious blend of comfort and practicality in an ideal location to explore everything that Kalkan has to offer. The property's prime location commands incredible panoramic sea views, is close to local beach clubs and just a leisurely 10-minute walk from the vibrant 'Old Town,' ensuring convenient access to shops, restaurants, and the charming harbour. The extensive outdoor space, featuring expansive sun terraces, a refreshing swimming pool, table tennis and al fresco dining under a canopied pergola beckons guests to bask in the ambiance and Mediterranean views, especially at sunset.
Indoor space
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, comprising two doubles and one twin. The master bedroom is furnished with a super king sized double bed, while the second double bedroom has a king size bed. These two rooms share a balcony with sea views. The twin bedroom also enjoys sea views, and all bedrooms have their own en-suite shower room with a travertine finish.
On the lower floor level, a private double studio suite is located beneath the sea-facing terrace and is accessed via its own staircase next to the pool rather than through the main villa. This suite offers sea views, travertine en-suite facilities and is furnished with a super king sized double bed.

Villa Kumanluk can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Kumanluk and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Kumanluk as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. Lovely villa and great location. Ali was very helpful. Only suggestion would be that the shower head in the bathroom of the main bedroom be replaced with one that is flexible - the current one faces directly forward rather than down so water went everywhere. The smell from the drains in one bathroom was quite overpowering some days but that maybe wasn't helped because we weren't using it!

Kumanluk is a wonderful villa. Outdoor space is huge, the view is outstanding, and the five en-suite double bedrooms were actually more than we needed! Ali, the villa manager, was brilliant - attentive, helpful and fixed all issues very quickly. Only a couple of small things that might be looked at: the downstairs loo was broken (the flush lever needs replacing) and it leaked from below. And there were a couple of strange leaks onto the kitchen floor - one from outside the front door and one next to the fridge, which seemed to come and go rather randomly. Internet was ok (a little bit slow but it worked!). I'm hoping to return to Kumanluk with the family next year, for sure!
Great location close to beach clubs and 10/15 min walk to the old town, stunning views, large outdoor area with good sized pool and plenty of outdoor seating - highly recommend!
The accommodation and location was excellent - the view will stay in my memory for a very long time.
The villa was in a beautiful location with sun all day and amazing views. We were looked after really well by Ali and the team. Very quiet location with good access to the beach clubs and a very good taxi service into town. My only minor criticism would be there are a lot of stairs if you have people with access difficulties and the beds were very hard! We lost electricity twice during our stay which was a little inconvenient but not your fault!
