Ground Floor
The main indoor and outdoor living areas are located on the villa's ground floor. Inside, a spacious open-plan layout combines the kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features a large island with barstool seating for four. At the heart of the space is the grand dining area, with a large table and colourful cushioned chairs seating up to 10 guests-thoughtfully positioned to offer views of the sea.

The cosy lounge area includes a sofa, armchair, and flat-screen SMART TV. The entire open-plan space is bright and airy, thanks to expansive floor-to-ceiling glass doors that frame views of the sea and pool terrace and offer seamless access to the outdoor areas.

Also on the first floor is a double bedroom with a king-size bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity area, and an en-suite shower room. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto the large terrace space, with a table and chairs for two, offering breath-taking sea views.

A utility room with a W/C is also located on this floor. 

First Floor
The first floor of Villa Lalin houses three well-appointed bedrooms: two double rooms with king-size beds and one twin bedroom, which can be converted to a double upon request. Each bedroom includes bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity area, and a private en-suite shower room. The master bedroom is situated on the right-hand side of the villa and includes an armchair and an additional large window overlooking the pool terrace.

All three rooms feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a spacious shared balcony, where each bedroom has its own set of table and chairs. From here, guests can enjoy panoramic views across Kalkan's beach, harbour, and out toward Snake and Mouse Islands.

Outdoor Space
Outside, Villa Lalin features a generous terrace designed to make the most of its unique position overlooking Kalkan's beach and harbour. At the heart of the terrace is an infinity pool with sea views, surrounded by 10 sun loungers and several large parasols for comfort and shade.

In one corner of the terrace, a covered lounge area offers a shaded retreat, furnished with cushioned sofas and a large coffee table-well-suited for a morning coffee or an evening game with family and friends. A spacious al-fresco dining area, with seating for up to 10 guests, sits beneath a pergola on the section of the terrace that wraps around the front of the villa. This dining space also enjoys views across Kalkan's Bay and is served by a gas BBQ for outdoor cooking and dining.

Lower Ground Floor
The lower ground floor of Villa Lalin features the final bedroom-a particularly spacious double-and a well-equipped recreation room. The bedroom includes a king-size bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, vanity area, armchair, and a private en-suite shower room. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a courtyard area, furnished with a table and chairs for two, and offering sea views.

The recreation room includes a comfortable lounge space with a sofa, PlayStation, and flat-screen SMART TV. It is also equipped with a treadmill, multi-gym machine, and an American pool table for entertainment. This room enjoys sea views and has access to a W/C with a shower.
