Located in one of Kalkan's prime locations, close to the sea and beach clubs, Villa Lumineux offers spacious and stylish accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 en-suite bedrooms. Kalkan's historic and vibrant old town area, beach, shops and harbour are around 12-15 minutes walk from the villa, making it very convenient to access much of what Kalkan has to offer on foot.
Indoor space
The ground floor forms the main living area, designed to make the most of the outlook with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light to fill the space. The open plan layout includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with a central island and bar stool seating, a spacious dining area with seating for up to ten guests, and a comfortable lounge with a large corner sofa, coffee table and satellite TV. A cloakroom is also located on this level.
The six bedrooms are arranged across the upper floors. Three bedrooms feature king-size beds, two have double beds, and one is a twin room, offering flexibility for families or groups. One of the double bedrooms is located on the top floor and opens directly onto the private roof terrace, and includes a Jacuzzi bath. Each bedroom benefits from its own balcony, allowing for views across the sea and coastline.

Villa Lumineux can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Lumineux and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Lumineux as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. Great location, close to Palm Beach Club and the centre of Kalkan. The villa was clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and all the rooms had amazing views. Umut, your resort manager was exemplary.
