Villa Pelin is a stand-out property in our collection. Set in the sought-after Komurluk region of Kalkan, you will be within walking distance of the most popular beach clubs in the area, and it's just a 15 minute stroll away from the vibrant old town dining scene. It's all about the view here; whether lounging on the terrace by the infinity pool, having a morning coffee on the balcony, or relaxing in the living area where floor-to-ceiling windows allow the natural light to flood in, the uninterrupted views out to the sparkling blue waters of the bay and beyond are unparalleled.
Indoor space
The lower ground floor features a traditional Turkish Hammam, built in Ottoman style, along with a Finnish sauna. This level also includes a games room with a pool table and table football, as well as additional kitchen facilities. Two bedrooms are located on this floor: one twin and one double, both with en-suite bathrooms and sliding floor-to-ceiling doors opening towards the games room.
The ground floor comprises a spacious open plan living area, combining contemporary design with touches of traditional Turkish style. The lounge includes a corner sofa, fireplace and flat screen television, while the fully equipped kitchen features a monochrome design with an island and gas hob, alongside a large dining table.
On the first floor, there are two further double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and access to sea view balconies. One of the bedrooms also benefits from a walk-in wardrobe and seating area.
The top floor hosts an additional en-suite double bedroom with access to the roof terrace, offering elevated views across the sea and surrounding area.

Villa Pelin can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Pelin and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Pelin as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500.
