Indoor space
The first floor is home to two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom is the master bedroom with a Super King size bed, and the second bedroom is a double bedroom with a King size bed, both positioned to overlook the sea views. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, fitted blinds, ceiling fans, air conditioning and share a large sea view furnished balcony.
On the second floor, there are two further bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and sea views. One bedroom features a double bed and the other offers two single beds which can be configured as a double on request. The roof terrace provides a panoramic and unobstructed view of Kalkan Centre, Kalkan Bay and the mountains. It is furnished with outdoor sofa seating, bar stool seating and a kitchenette including a sink, dishwasher and fridge.

"I visited
Villa Serendipity in October 2023. It is a lovely, modern villa in
one of Kalkan's best locations. I especially liked the roof terrace
as this offers plenty of seating and a kitchen area to enjoy some
exceptional sea views and Kalkan's famous sunsets with an evening
drink. Each bedroom follows the same clean, white design throughout
with a different pop of colour in each room and access to a
furnished terrace facing the sea. -The cantilevered deck on the
pool terrace is the perfect spot to top up your tan!"

Stunning Villa with a very modern feel to it. very well equipped and all to a great standard. Beds were extremely comfortable !. ceiling fans in every room were great - meant you didn't need the A/C on all day to keep them cool. Great outdoor areas on every level with fabulous views across the bay 15 min walk into town - 'challenging' on a hot day or £4 taxi each way Would definitely recommend !
Having previously stayed in a friend's villa overlooking Kalamar Bay, we were nervous about booking a villa in another area via an agent. However, we have just returned home (to flooding in the U.K!) after a wonderful 11 days. The villa was beautiful with wonderful views from the infinity pool. The Turquoise Collection arrangements, including the airport transfers were excellent - so thank you to the staff at The Turquoise Collection
Villa Serendipity is amazing, beautifully furnished, comfy beds, well equipped, clean and modern with a fantastic view. The pool area and outdoor seating downstairs was fabulous, we would however suggest the addition of cushions/pads on the sunbeds would greatly improve the comfort of them. The roof top terrace was well equipped with amazing views, a lovely spot for a drink before heading to town in the evening. We personally found the walk to town a bit far but taxis were readily available 150 TL each way whether you were dropped at the top of the town or the harbour. We enjoyed a day at Denizim Beach club just down the hill; the staff and food were excellent. Definitely a 5 Star Villa and we will look to return again next year.
There is nothing The Turquoise Collection could do to improve their service level, it was excellent from start to finish.
Villa was in an excellent location with the roof terrace providing stunning views and which we made very good use of!
Excellent villa with a great sea view. Everything was brand new and exceptionally clean. Water was cut off twice during the stay, but this was swiftly dealt with by the management company. Would definitely recommend this villa to friends, and we are considering re-booking in the next couple of months.
