It is located in the Kördere area of Kalkan, approximately a 6 minute drive to Kalkan Centre and a 15 minute drive to one of the most famous beaches in Turkey, Kaputaş Beach. La Mer Deluxe has been beautifully furnished and offers fabulous views of Kalkan Bay from the terrace area. The floor to ceiling windows allow light to flood into the apartment. The property is suitable for small families and friend groups, as well as honeymooners. There is a honeymoon suite as well as an indoor pool/Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna and fitness room. There is a spacious and contemporary living, kitchen and dining area. There is also a fireplace in the living room. The well-equipped kitchen features granite work surfaces, full oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. There is a dining table for four people. The balcony adjacent to the kitchen has a table for two people. From the balcony next to the living room its possible to access the terrace and indoor pool area. The balcony next to the living room has a table for four and seating with an ezcellent view of Kalkan.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom has a garden view. There is one King size bed (180cmx200cm) with canopy bed curtains, dressing table and a 180cm wardrobe. There is 32'' Led TV which has English/German/Russian/Turkish TV channels.The en-suite bathroom has Jacuzzi bath and rain shower. There is washing machine in the bathroom.
Twin bedroom
The twin bedroom also has a garden view. It has two beds (100cmx200cm) whch can be transformed to one super king size bed (200cmx200cm) if required. There is a 160cm wardrobe in the room and a 32'' Led TV which has English/German/Russian/Turkish TV channels. The bathroom across the room has a rain shower.
Indoor pool, gym and spa areas
There is an indoor heated swimming pool/Jacuzzi and spa area attached to the house. The pool/Jacuzzi has turbo massage pumps and the measurements are as follows: 2.5m x 7.5m, depth 1.3m. There is an indoor lounge area next to the pool and a sun lounge area outside on the terrace. In the spa area, there is a gym with a treadmill, exercise bike and dumbells etc, a 4 people Turkish hammam, sauna, shower and a toilet. There is a separate outdoor childrens' playground at the common area.
