• Spa & Gym Facilities: Leading from the pool is a private spa suite comprising a traditional Turkish hammam to accommodate four people, a sauna, a dedicated shower, and a WC. The adjoining fitness space is equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, and dumbbells.

The property's exterior living space is thoughtfully distributed across several levels. Leading directly from the upper living quarters are two sea view balconies: a private breakfast balcony adjacent to the kitchen with a table for two, and a main dining balcony off the lounge, fully equipped with a table for four and comfortable seating.

Due to the steep terrain and Kördere's distance from the coast, a car or taxi is essential for trips into the town centre, the harbour, and the local beach clubs. Private car parking is available.
