• Bedroom 3: This bright, inviting bedroom is styled with white, beige, and yellow accents. The bed is positioned directly facing a large flat-screen television, with its private en-suite shower room located to the rear of the space.

The centrepiece of the exterior grounds is an exceptional 25-metre infinity pool, which features a dedicated shallow section complete with in-water, island-style sun loungers. Sunken directly into the pool deck is an adjacent lounge area, fully cushioned and centred around a low table designed for evening drinks.

Ingeniously built directly beneath this sunken lounge is the property's private sauna. The surrounding sun terrace is well-appointed for outdoor living, hosting an al-fresco dining area with a barbecue, two compact daybeds, and a swinging egg chair, all positioned to take in the coastal views.

Located above the main town on the steep hillsides overlooking Kalkan, Kördere offers some of the most dramatic, panoramic views of the entire coastline, stretching right across the bay to the islands. The neighbourhood has a more rural, authentic feel and is less built-up than the areas closer to the coast.
