In a wonderful elevated position Villa Kalu is an exciting addition to our Kalkan collection. With 3 bedrooms, a large swimming pool and plenty of space both inside the property and on it's inviting pool terrace. The property is a good choice for a family or a group of couples looking to holiday together. Villa Kalu is very well equipped with a private pool, complimentary access to the LaVanta resort communal pool, an al-fresco dining area, BBQ and smart TV. Kalkan's old town and the beach is just 5-10 minutes away by car.
Indoor space
There is one double en-suite bedroom on the first floor which also benefits from a TV, followed by one twin room and one double room that have a shared bathroom. These rooms offer a good amount of storage, with the twin room also benefitting from a dressing table and mirror. The villa is able to sleep up to 6 guests in total.

Accidental Damage Waiver Fee: A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 per booking will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Kalu can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A £500 reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance.
