The lower ground floor of Villa Zarif is accessed separately from the main villa, offering an ideal option for older teenagers or young adults looking for independence. The suite is complete with a twin bedroom, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe space and dressing table. Sliding doors lead out to a private terrace.

The ground floor of the villa features a spacious open-plan living area comprising a modern kitchen, dining space and lounge area. The lounge is furnished with ample seating, a SMART TV and a DVD player, creating an ideal space for relaxing or entertaining. Large doors lead directly out to the garden and pool terrace, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and a wine fridge, providing everything needed for convenient self-catering during your stay. A separate laundry room is also located on this level. Also situated on the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A separate WC is available on this floor. 

The first floor hosts three well-appointed bedrooms. Two double bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and benefit from direct access to a shared balcony, where guests can enjoy the excellent sea views. The third bedroom is also a double room and includes its own en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor space features a spacious pool terrace centred around a private infinity swimming pool (approximately 9m x 5m), positioned for enjoying the breath-taking sea views. The terrace is furnished with comfortable sun loungers, ideal for relaxing in the sun, as well as a BBQ and a shaded al-fresco dining area for outdoor meals with family and friends. A separate cushioned seating area provides an additional spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Villa Zarif on the  Kas Peninsula sits just west of the main town of Kaş and offers easy access to the town's amenities while benefiting from an elevated position with sea views. The harbour and old town with its restaurants, shops, and cafés are within a short 10-15 minute taxi ride. Supermarkets and other everyday conveniences are also nearby, making it a practical base for exploring Kaş and the surrounding area. The Peninsula is also well known for diving & snorkeling, with the coastline and waters  dotted with submerged ancient ruins and vibrant marine life. 

Kaş is a popular, scenic town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, offering a range of restaurants, cafés, shops, bougainvillea-covered houses and waterfront attractions. Known as one of Turkey's best diving & snorkeling destinations, the town provides access to nearby beaches such as the picturesque Kaputas beach, beach clubs and coastal areas, and blends ancient history, vibrant cafe culture, and outdoor adventure together in one destination.
