Standard Rooms
Nerina (room 6) and Serafina (room 9) are individually designed double rooms sleeping up to two guests. Natural finishes, exposed stone and warm timber detailing create calm, comfortable interiors.
Neither room has a sea view or private outdoor space, making this category well suited to guests who expect to spend their days around the hotel's pools, terraces and nearby Kalkan Old Town.

Deluxe Rooms
Thalia (room 15), Aurelia (room 16) and Selene (room 17) are individually designed sea-view rooms, each sleeping up to two guests. Their interiors combine natural textures, softly coloured finishes and warm timber detailing.
Each room opens onto a furnished terrace and a shared sunbathing area, with two dedicated day beds provided for every room. The outdoor arrangement is open-plan rather than divided by privacy screens.

Swim-Up Rooms
Casa Pery's six Swim-Up Rooms are individually designed and positioned immediately beside one of the hotel's pools. Each sleeps up to two guests and has its own furnished poolside terrace. The room numbers are; Citrina (2), Rosmarin (3) Solena (10), Mireya (11), Avelia (12) and Elara (18).
The terraces place the water only a few steps from the room, although they do not offer traditional direct step-in access. Positions vary between the plunge pool, lower swimming pool and distinctive pebble-finished pool.

Private Pool Room
Begonia (room 5), is Casa Pery's only Private Pool Room. The spacious 41 sq m interior sleeps up to two guests and opens onto an enclosed private courtyard.
Outside, a private plunge pool measuring approximately 1.80 x 2.80 m is joined by a day bed, outdoor seating and a bistro table placed beside a framed partial view across Kalkan Bay.

Exclusive Room
Perya (room 7), is Casa Pery's only Exclusive Room. This individually designed 27 sq m room sleeps up to two guests and occupies an elevated corner position overlooking Kalkan.
French doors open onto a private furnished balcony with views across the rooftops, harbour and Kalkan Bay, while a suspended rattan chair beside the windows provides another place to enjoy the outlook.

Junior Suite
Harmonia (room 1), is Casa Pery's only Junior Suite. Measuring approximately 30 sq m and sleeping up to two guests, it combines a separate double bedroom with a comfortable sitting area and compact mini kitchen bar.
Large windows bring full views across Kalkan Bay into both parts of the suite, while natural finishes, warm timber and selected artwork continue the hotel's contemporary design.

Suite
Livia (room 4), is Casa Pery's generous 43 sq m Suite. Its distinctive split-level arrangement places the double bed on a raised sleeping area above an open-plan lounge and kitchenette corner.
A sofa, breakfast bar and furnished balcony provide additional room to settle in, while glazed doors frame views across Kalkan Bay. Livia sleeps up to two guests.

Premium Suites
Perivana (room 8) and Calista (room 14) are Casa Pery's two Premium Suites, each sleeping up to two guests. Their individually designed interiors measure approximately 28-29 sq m and open onto substantial private terraces.
Each 14 sq m terrace has an open-air hot tub, comfortable seating and panoramic views across Kalkan Bay. Terrace layouts and furnishings vary between the two suites.
