Ada Manzara is a very unique penthouse apartment both in its interior design and layout but also location. Its' position is quite simply unrivalled, atop a small group of apartments at the very front of the well-loved Dere development. It has mesmerising views down across the roofs of Kalkan Old Town, encompassing remains of old Greek stone houses and on down to the iridescent turquoise waters of the Mediterranean where an endless stream of yachts and gulets feast the eye. The vista is at the same time expansive and intimate and can be enjoyed from the comfort of the beautifully furnished extended roof terrace which in turn seamlessly leads into a superb open-plan kitchen living space - true indoor-outdoor living! And when you need to top up on supplies the shops are just minutes away as is Kalkan's huge array of restaurants, bars and boutiques.
The accommodation is over 2 floors with a very generously proportioned master suite on the ground floor with the stunning bay view. This room benefits from a private balcony with huge double French doors and has a semi-open en suite featuring a locally crafted marble and wooden washstand and the room is furnished with some antique touches and Ikat textiles. The very pretty and well-proportioned twin bedroom 3 with private balcony is also on the ground floor and has its own shower room which doubles as utility room.
At terrace level Ada Manzara really comes into its own. The top floor accommodation certainly has the wow factor! Walls have been re-positioned to open up vistas and space and with newly whitewashed wooden ceilings throughout the upper floor has a wonderful light-reflective airy feel. The understated white shaker-style Turkish-made kitchen complements the whitewashed ceiling and is semi open-plan to the ground floor. Accessories and decorative features adorn two huge marble shelving features which are under lit by soft-light LED as well as with industrial pendants. Sharing this top floor space is an ultra comfortable lounge area complete with huge L-shaped sofa, TV, videos, books and games. From every corner of this space the views are gorgeous as there are now two huge panoramic glass windows and a double bi-fold door.
The final piece of the top-floor accommodation jigsaw is the special-feature glass-wall bedroom. This room is at the back of the lounge area and can be made private with curtains or left open to enjoy the amazing views from the comfort and privacy of your bed. The room has a super-sized twin-sink en suite shower room adjacent. The beds can be configured as double or twin.
And last but certainly not least is the truly stunning three-sided roof terrace. Newly extended it comfortably accommodates plenty of sofa seating and a glass-topped dining table, both shaded by sails, coffee table and chairs, four white wooden sunbeds, an outdoor kitchen with second fridge/freezer and the whole space is framed by an array of beautiful flowering plants.

A £500.00 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by credit/debit card by calling our office on +44 (0) 1449 770811.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £19 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £250.
The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
This Kalkan Apartment has a preferred Monday changeover day, however we may be able to be more flexible on occasions. Please send us an enquiry.

Loved the property, the best bit was definitely the outdoor area and the view, just stunning. The steep back uphill wasn't a problem, meant we got a bit of exercise every day! Thank you for a great holiday.
The property was wonderful and ticked all the boxes for us as a family. We particularly loved the amazing view from the lovely outside area - the outside kitchen was a huge hit! Couldn't fault it. We'll be back!
Lovely apartment in a good location for both the Town Centre and beaches. View from terrace was fantastic. It's on a hill so there is a certain amount of uphill walking but you would expect this to get the elevation for the view.
Ada Manzara is located in a perfect spot within Kalkan Old Town with a view to absolutely die for. The property is immaculate and very stylish with everything you could require for your stay. The kitchen is so well equipped and the air con works very well. I would be a little wary with small children, a buggy or elderly guests, as the path down from the main road is a little precarious via either the steps or the slope and quite a few steps then up to the entrance of the property but once you are in it is pretty blissful. Our booking was very well handled by Turquoise Collection and transfers and stay went very smoothly. I highly recommend this property.
