In our opinion, one of Kalkan's finest villas, White Lodge offers exceptional accommodation for up to 16 guests in 8 bedroom suites, and ample living space and outdoor relaxation areas to enjoy. Located close to the sea in the favoured Komuluk area of Kalkan, this property combines classic Mediterranean local stone construction with stylish and contemporary interiors to create some wonderful spaces both inside and outside the property. Villa White Lodge is offered with our dedicated complimentary concierge service both pre-departure and throughout your stay.
Indoor space
Located in the sought-after area of Komurluk, White Lodge is arranged across three floors and offers eight bedroom suites, with five doubles and three twins. The main living area is open plan in design, combining seating, dining and kitchen spaces, and features a flat screen TV, integrated music system and a white piano. Double doors open onto a full-length balcony with uninterrupted views across Kalkan Bay and the harbour.
White is a consistent theme throughout the villa, from walls and marble finishes to doors and windows, creating a calm and cohesive backdrop. This is complemented by a mix of antique pieces, including a Venetian glass chandelier, alongside contemporary furnishings and carefully selected fabrics. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor of the main building.
On the first floor, three further en-suite bedrooms are arranged off the marble staircase, including a master bedroom with both bath and shower and a private balcony with sea views. Additional accommodation is set across two separate living areas accessed from the pool terrace, each with their own bedrooms, kitchens and outdoor spaces. These include four further en-suite bedrooms, all with sea views or terraces, along with a private Hammam and steam room, available for use with prior notice.

Accommodation Only Bookings
White Lodge can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 50% reservation deposit secures your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks before departure along with a refundable £750 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 10 days of the end of your holiday provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.

If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include White Lodge and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book White Lodge as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. The final balance is due 12 weeks before departure along with a refundable £750 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 10 days of the end of your holiday provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.

Second stay at the beautiful White Lodge villa. Amazing infinity views over the bay and gorgeous relaxing outdoor space , with newly re tiled pool. Extremely well looked after by Birol, maintenance man and nothing was too much trouble . Highly recommended and would love to return.
We were blown away with the Villa, the rooms, view, facilities and all. It was an absolute pleasure to have Birol there on a daily basis - he is a gem and his daily maintenance made our stay even better. White lodge was superb for space, rooms size, bathrooms, hot water, and have everything we needed in terms of cutlery/crockery/kitchen stuff. It would have been great to have more cleans throughout the week, I thought 1 clean for that size villa and price was not enough. The man Byrol was calm, kind and helpful with all elements. The location was good - but steep steep hills to get back up from town and car would be good for going up the hill Would be great to have allowed access to Palm/Denziel or Zest that would just allow the guests to swim in the sea - we did not want to sunbathe as we had great beds at the villa but would have loved to go and swim in the sea especially with the younger children. - we missed this access alot.
White lodge was perfect! Great location, spacious living areas, staff were super efficient and made our stay so easy. 10/10 would stay again.
Absolutely gorgeous villa about 15 minute walk from town centre , well equipped kitchen and outdoor dining with lots of outdoor space with plenty of room to escape if needed. Stunning view across Kalkan Bay with infinity pool. Absolutely fell in love with this incredible villa !
Amazing two week stay at white lodge where we also hosted our wedding! White lodge was the perfect fit for our number of guests to provide an intimate setting whilst still having plenty of space and not feeling cramped. Staying here for 2 weeks was an amazing experience, we will never forget the views from every angle and every window. The maintenance and cleaning staff were so helpful and made our stay lovely.
White Lodge is truly stunning. Incomparable to anywhere else I've ever stayed. Our whole group had the holiday of our lives. We would love to return again!
