This 4 bedroom Kalkan villa has been fully furnished to a high standard and has been tastefully decorated utilising local natural stone and marble, providing a fabulous fusion of contemporary and Mediterranean styles. Villa Honu utilises floor-to-ceiling windows wherever possible and is ideally positioned to enjoy long days by the pool and beautiful views of the sun setting behind the mountains in the evening.

Ground floor
The main door opens directly into a spacious and light open plan living area which is laid with quality marble floor tiles. The large lounge is fitted with a 50 inch LCD flat screen Smart television, Bluetooth speaker, L shaped sofa and coffee table. There is direct access to the pool and outside terraces. There is a relaxed indoor dining area with a large wooden dining table that seats up to 8. Bedroom 1 on this floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, bespoke wardrobe with shelves and storage space, and Turkish cotton sheets. Bath and pool towels are available for guests to use.

First floor
Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, bespoke wardrobe with shelves and storage space, vanity unit, Turkish cotton sheets. A hairdryer, bath and pool towels are available for guests to use.

Master Bedroom - Double bed with en-suite bathroom, bespoke wardrobe with shelves and storage space, vanity unit, Turkish cotton sheets, and a hair dryer tucked away in a drawer. The master bedroom has the added extra of a bath tub with sea views and a walk-in wardrobe. Bath and pool towels are available for guests to use.

Second floor / roof terrace
Bedroom 4 - This is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, bespoke wardrobe with shelves and storage space, vanity unit, Turkish cotton sheets. Hairdryer, bath and pool towels are available for guests to use. On the spacious roof terrace there is a Jacuzzi and seating area with comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for a relaxing evening drink watching the sunset.

Lower ground floor
Below the villa is a games room/gym with a pool table and Ottoman seating area, plus an entertainment area with a 55 inch LCD Smart TV and comfortable sofa, which can be turned into a bed. There is also a multi gym with treadmill and bathroom with shower facilities on this floor.

Villa Honu has a west facing terrace, offering long summer evenings and stunning sunsets. The outdoor living space is furnished with dining table and chairs for 8 persons provided for al fresco dining positioned under a shady pagoda. It is furnished with a Mediterranean style stone outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and separate BBQ/grill. There is also a further relaxing seating area with sofa, with views of the sea and mountains.

The walk-in saltwater infinity pool is environmentally friendly whilst being softer and gentler on the skin and clothing. The infinity pool has an adjoining shallow section for sun loungers and offers sea and mountain views. The pool dimensions are L9m, W5.4m, D 1.6m, plus shallow section 2.75m x 2.05m x approximately 0.40cm. Sun beds and parasols are provided around the pool, and an outdoor cold water shower is also found on the terrace. The surrounding gardens allow for sun and shade for relaxing in between lemon, orange and olive trees.

Villa Honu is nestled on the edge of the tranquil Kalamar Bay, positioned on the top of the hill just off the Kalamar road. It is only a 15-minute relatively flat walk to the town centre and harbour, with the closest beach club with all its facilities being only 150 metres away. Amenities are within easy walk with a range of restaurants and bars within a 5 to 10-minute walk of the villa, and supermarkets just 5 minutes away.

Situated to the west of Kalkan, Kalamar Bay is a picturesque area known for its proximity to the water and its selection of local restaurants and bars. This neighbourhood offers a quieter, more residential setting, often with clear sea views toward Snake and Mouse Islands and convenient access to local beach clubs and the Mediterranean. Kalkan's town centre remains accessible within a short taxi ride or a 20 to 35-minute walk. This area is ideal for those who prefer a quieter location while still being a short taxi ride to the amenities and lively atmosphere of the old town and harbour when desired.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.

The villa is situated above road level and is accessed from the gated entrance, via stairs to the side leading to the front door and pool/terrace area.

Dalaman Airport is the nearest airport for Kalkan - around 90 minutes away by car. We can arrange your private airport transfers or car hire if preferred for added flexibility during your stay.

Villa Alaeddin is situated just behind Villa Honu. The two villas can be booked together, subject to availability, if required. Ideal for larger family or friendship groups who would like to holiday together but still have their own space.
