Guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast everyday at the Kulube hotel and enjoy access to both the hotel's swimming pools and the Kulube Beach Club free of charge, whilst enjoying the space and privacy of their own villa. This property sleeps 8 guests and is exclusive to The Turquoise Collection.

Villa Kulube has a fresh, modern interior and is air-conditioned throughout. The property sits in a prime location just a short stroll down to the water's edge. In addition to full use of the hotel's 2 swimming pools (one is adults only) guests can also access the hotel's spa and beauty salon (treatments payable locally). The Kulube beach club (complimentary entry) offers sea access, sunbathing and watersports.

The villa accommodation is arranged over 3 floors as follows . . . 

Ground floor (street level): The entrance to the villa is on this level and there is also a small carpark for use of Villa Kulube's guests.

Bedroom 1: This spacious master bedroom contains a luxurious double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity station, 2 easy chairs and coffee table. A great feature of this room is a jacuzzi bath that sits in front of a picture window so you can enjoy the turquoise blue sea views whilst relaxing in the bubbles with a cool drink in hand. The main part of the bedroom opens out on to a private balcony with comfortable seating and uninterrupted views of the bay which are particularly fine at sunset.

Stairs lead down to the main living area and pool terrace.

Pool terrace level: Here you will find the open plan living area. The kitchen benefits from a sharp, modern monochrome design and is fully equipped for all of your culinary needs. There is a smart dining area with contemporary décor featuring comfortable upholstered chairs, wooden table and matching sideboard with puddle mirror, perfect for sophisticated dining. The room leads on to the TV lounge area with 2 x large plush sofas and an armchair in dark berry shades. The area benefits from a large coffee table, flat screen TV and large patio doors that lead out on to the pool terrace. There is a further lounging area just off the main living space containing a sofa and easy chair, coffee table, and patio doors that also open out onto the pool terrace. This is a nice quiet nook ideal for reading or just taking in views of the pool and the Kalamar Bay beyond.

There is a shower room with WC on this floor.

Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor where the 3 remaining bedrooms can be found.

Lower Ground Floor:

This floor contains 3 bedrooms which all feature modern minimalistic design with chocolate, beige and white textiles creating a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. There is also a useful utility room on this floor, and access to the garden terrace.

Bedroom 2: This room features twin beds, a vanity station, bedside table, wardrobe, and large en-suite shower room, and has patio doors that lead out onto the private garden.

Bedroom 3: This is a double room with a vanity station, bedside tables, wardrobe, a comfortable seating area and large en-suite shower room, and has sliding doors leading out to a furnished terrace with sea views which is shared with the other double bedroom on this floor.

Bedroom 4: This is another double room with a vanity station, bedside tables, wardrobe, a comfortable seating area and large en-suite shower room, and has sliding doors leading out to a furnished terrace with sea views which is shared with the other double bedroom on this floor. There are steps leading from here to the pool terrace.

Outside: The main outdoor space features a private swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols for enjoying the sunshine and the impressive views of the shimmering sea across the bay. There is also an alfresco dining space for some memorable evening meals on the terrace. Stairs lead down to a private garden which provides solace when the sun is at its peak. Beyond the grounds of the private villa, you can also enjoy the facilities of the Kulube Hotel including their large swimming pools and the beach club for when you just want to be right beside the lapping waters with a cocktail in hand.

A £750 deposit secures your booking and this can be paid by credit/debit card by calling our office on +44 (0) 1449 770811. 

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500.

The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
