Villa Spectre is an impressive villa in the Kalamar area of Kalkan, with large infinity pool with Jacuzzi section featuring spectacular views of the bay and harbour. The villa now features a professional grade gym and four en-suite bedrooms. A particularly attractive aspect of the property is the clever architecture with the creation of expanses of glass both to the front and rear of the ground floor area creating some wonderful light in the space and opening up the magnificent sea and mountain views at the front.

The property is located approximately a 20-25 minute walk from
Kalkan's beach, harbour, restaurants and shops.
Ground floor
Villa Spectre has an open plan lounge area with direct access to
the pool and dining terraces via floor to ceiling sliding glass
doors. There is an L-shaped sofa providing plenty of comfortable
seating, plus flat-screen TV with satellite channels and DVD
player. The kitchen area incorporates an island unit, granite work
surfaces and quality integrated appliances, including a stainless
steel oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer
and bean to cup coffee machine.
There is a dining table and seating for 8 guests and this floor
also has a guest cloakroom in addition to a utility room housing a
washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also underfloor
heating installed.
A feature staircase leads up to the first floor.
First floor
Bedroom 1 - A double room with dressing room, vanity table, an
en-suite shower room (with twin shower heads) and a balcony with
sea views.
Bedroom 2 - A double room furnished with blue accents with
dressing room, en suite shower room and a balcony with sea
views.
Bedroom 3 - A twin room with built-in wardrobes, vanity table,
en-suite shower room and sea view balcony.
Second floor
Bedroom 4 - Located on the second floor, the double master bedroom
suite is light and airy and has a freestanding corner Jacuzzi bath
in addition to a separate shower and W/C. This room also has a
vanity area and triple mirrored wardrobe. This bedroom also has
access to the villas 47 square metre roof terrace which offers
breath-taking views across both Kalkan and Kalamar Bay.
Outdoor space
The villa boasts a spacious pool terrace with 11 metre x 3.5 metre
infinity pool. The pool has a Jacuzzi section and a decked
area with double daybeds. There are sun loungers and parasols
provided in addition to a comfortable seating area, and a covered
al-fresco dining area. A BBQ and an outside shower can also be
found on the terrace.
The villa has a garage, a private garden area and parking space. A
standard gym has been added to the property, equipped with a TV to
play music on as well.

"I had the pleasure of staying in Villa Spectre and enjoyed panoramic sea and mountain views throughout my stay. It is a spacious villa and has an excellent pool terrace area, the pool is much larger than many four-bedroom villas in the area. The design of the villa means you have sea views from all rooms, the ground floor benefits from a mostly glass front with large sliding doors, flooding the villa with light. It takes around 25-30 minutes to walk into town, however taxis are easy to arrange and the journey is only a few minutes from the old town. As the villa is in a higher position and there are around 25 steps up from the street level to the villa's main entrance, it would not suit those with reduced mobility." |

Villa Spectre can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Spectre and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Spectre as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. Have stayed in Villa Spectre twice now and have loved it . It is spotlessly clean , spacious , light and airy with a real homely feel . The downstairs living space has plenty seated areas' with a really well equipped kitchen ,at one end ,with everything you could possibly need . The bedrooms' are all very tastefully decorated with fantastic ensuites , loved the twin rainfall showers' in the room we were in . Each room has a balcony with superb views of the bay . We loved the infinity pool and surrounding area where we just relaxed watching the boats coming in and out of the bay . The villa is in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the town which suited us well . There is a supermarket down from the villa . It is quite a steep hill but there is always the local taxi service which was extremely reliable , came within minutes of being called and very cheap so this was not an issue . There's a welcome pack with tea, coffee,milk, snacks . The maintenance man lives next door which is handy in case of any issues . Luckily we didn't have any ! We are looking forward to our 3rd trip to Villa Spectre at the end of the summer , can't wait . A fantastic villa in a perfect location , love it
We have very much enjoyed another holiday with Turquoise Collection and this time stayed at the brand new Villa Spectre. The villa was well located and the views from all rooms breathtaking. Great functional, contemporary design, fabulous infinity pool and huge outside area which we found perfect for entertaining in the evening and enjoying relaxed meals from the dining area while watching the sun setting. We had a fabulous view of the blood moon during the recent eclipse whilst enjoying the fabulous Turkish feast prepared for us by Kazim. We highly recommend this villa for large parties and families sharing their holiday. It worked perfectly for us (family of five and two friends and then joined by another family of six on week two) and we had plenty of space to relax. We were very well looked after by Umut on our arrival and thereafter the caretakers of the Villa. Nothing was too much trouble. The only downside to staying here was we actually had to leave - but we will return to this wonderful part of the world again. Thank you all at Turquoise Collection - and your team in Kalkan.
