In addition to the large pool terrace, each of the bedrooms benefits from a little slice of outdoor living with its own private balcony.

Ground floor - The open-plan living area features a comfortable lounge space with a large corner sofa, coffee table and TV. The modern well-equipped kitchen features a cream, black and light wood design, complemented by the dining set and contemporary light fittings. Three sets of doors lead out to the pool and al fresco dining terrace. There is also a separate utility room and WC.

First floor - Bedroom 1 - Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom including bathtub and separate shower. Doors lead out to a furnished sea-view balcony.

Bedroom 2 - Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Doors lead out to a furnished sea-view balcony.

Second floor - Bedroom 3 - Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. Sliding glass doors lead out to a large sea-view roof terrace, furnished with thick-cushioned sun loungers and a rattan seating set with coffee table, as well as an al fresco Jacuzzi.

Lower ground floor - Bedroom 4* - Set over 35sqm, this one bedroom suite is accessed separately from the main villa, offering an ideal option for older teenagers or young adults looking for independence, or perhaps grandparents looking for a little more peace and privacy. The suite is complete with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom including a shower and Jacuzzi, kitchenette, and a lounge with a flat screen TV. Doors lead out to a private terrace and shaded seating area with stairs up to the pool terrace.

*Please note that this suite is not suitable for unaccompanied children as it is self-contained with no internal access to the main villa.

The spacious terrace wraps around the front and side of the villa and incorporates the large infinity swimming pool, which has steps for access and a shallower section with seat to one end. There are plenty of places to relax and dine, with a cushioned sofa set and coffee table, an ottoman style seating area, a dining table with 8 seats under a shaded pergola and a stone BBQ. Around the swimming pool terrace are sun loungers with thick cushions and umbrellas.

On the street level is a garage area and parking space.

Villa Turquoise Bay is located in an elevated position in Kalamar Bay, 400m from the sea and a 25-minute walk to Kalkan Old Town.

Situated to the west of Kalkan, Kalamar Bay is a picturesque area known for its proximity to the water and its selection of local restaurants and bars. This neighbourhood offers a quieter, more residential setting, often with clear sea views toward Snake and Mouse Islands and convenient access to local beach clubs and the Mediterranean. Kalkan's town centre remains accessible within a short taxi ride or a 20 to 35-minute walk. This area is ideal for those who prefer a quieter location while still being a short taxi ride to the amenities and lively atmosphere of the old town and harbour when desired.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.
