Villa Imperial is a stylish modern Kalkan villa accommodating up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, all with sea views overlooking Kalkan bay. The property has a large private infinity pool and an additional heated indoor pool. Ideal for relaxing or entertaining, the outside area is furnished with sun loungers and parasols, cushioned Ottoman style seating area and an alfresco dining area with BBQ and mini fridge. There is also a well equipped gym and table tennis for those that like to stay active. Situated in Kalkan Centre the villa is approximately a 15 minute walk to town.

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and arranged over 5 floors as follows:
Parking level
The parking level at Villa Imperial includes an indoor parking space and there is also roadside parking available, from this level approximately 30 steps lead up to the lower ground floor. **Please note there are lots of steps throughout this villa so is not suitable for those with limited mobility.
Lower ground floor
The lower ground floor at Villa Imperial features an indoor heated swimming pool, gym equipped with treadmill, dart board, dumbbell, Pilates ball, exercise bike and lat pulldown. There are sliding doors that lead to outdoor terrace complete with table tennis, sun-loungers and a cushioned seating area.
Ground floor
The ground floor of Villa Imperial features a spacious and modern American style kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, kettle, all the necessary kitchen equipment.
The open plan living area has views out to the sea and scenic surroundings, two sofas, two armchairs, flat screen TV with Netflix extension and satellite connection, Bluetooth speaker and game boards.
First floor
All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, dressing tables with stools, hangers, private bathrooms, AC and access to terrace/balcony with Mediterranean views

"Villa Imperial is, in my opinion, a well-equipped property and great for those who like to keep active and entertained whilst on holiday. Although the pool terrace and sea facing balconies provide plenty of sun loungers and parasols for relaxation, some key features of the villa are its indoor and outdoor pool, gym equipment and table tennis table. I also feel that the villa provides some of the most spacious bedrooms compared to many in Kalkan, and due to its elevated position the views are not to be missed! " |

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500.
The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
This Kalkan Villa has a preferred Saturday changeover day, however we are able to be more flexible on occasion. Please send us an enquiry for further details.
