A compelling combination of high quality, elegantly furnished holiday accommodation in a premium location within easy walking distance of Kalkan's old town dining scene, shopping and the beach. Accommodating up to 8 guests in considerable style and comfort, Villa Miya Evi is a great choice if you want to be in a central Kalkan location.
Indoor space
The ground floor is a very large open plan space that is largely open to the sea views through a series of floor to ceiling glass doors. These doors can be opened up to connect the living space with the extensive swimming pool terraces, creating an incredible inside/outside space perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The ground floor living area comprises lounge, kitchen, utility, office and dining space. Also on this floor are two bedroom suites, both with large, furnished sea view terraces, both of which have direct swimming pool access.
The first floor is dedicated to two further bedroom suites with unusually large furnished sea view balconies, and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a generous work area comprising a large desk, a monitor, printer and paper shredder.
Outdoor space
This villa also offers a separate mini gym (ceiling height is 227cm; however, weights can be taken outside on the terrace). This includes a Keiser spin bike, a weights bench, TRX trainer, barbell, kettlebells, Bowflex and neoprene dumb bells, resistance bands, yoga mats, a step and foam rollers. There is also a large TV that is Airplay and Chromecast enabled so that guests can cast their usual exercise class apps onto it.

*A full top to bottom clean of the villa mid-week and at the end of each week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen weekly. If guests would like bed linen changed more often this can be arranged. Additional daily cleaning can be arranged with an extra fee.
Compulsory Additional Charges
Accidental Damage Waiver Fee: A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 per booking will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Miya Evi can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. Fantastic villa, beautifully maintained with excellent pool and outdoor patio area, bedrooms and bathrooms all great size and very well kitted out.
The villa was spotless and so comfortable. The gardens were delightful and well kept which made our stay a joy. The villa was very well stocked with glasses china and many more kitchen utensils, very good when there are five of you using everything. The bedrooms were spacious and clean with high quality pillows and sheets, a home from home. A perfect time was had by all.

Villa Miya Evi is a beautiful, stylish, modern villa with lovely views down to the bay. It is spotlessly clean & well equipped. The town is only a short walk away & easy to explore on foot.
Location excellent. Short walk to centre of Kalkan. Pool area was lovely with uniterupped sea views and large pool.
