Introducing Villa Dolly, a charming retreat perched on the edge of Kalkan's old town with sea views overlooking Kalkan's picturesque bay and Snake and Mouse Islands. This 6 bedroom residence, comprising of three separate stone buildings, stands out among the other whitewashed villas on Kalkan's hillside and boasts a colourful and stylish interior whilst still keeping its traditional and homely feel. The villa’s expansive outdoor space is the perfect place to bask in the Mediterranean sun and features a private infinity pool, multiple terraces, seating options and an al-fresco dining area. Situated in a prime location, Villa Dolly is just a five-minute walk from Kalkan’s historic old town, beach and harbour with its array of waterside and rooftop dining options ready to tantalize your taste buds.
Indoor space
Villa Dolly is arranged across three traditional stone buildings, set within terraced gardens accessed via a private gate and pathway leading down from the road above, where parking is available. The main building forms the central living space, with a modern, well-equipped kitchen featuring an island and bar seating, alongside a comfortable lounge with two large sofas, coffee tables and a Smart TV. Artwork and collected pieces add character throughout, while large glass doors lead out to the upper terrace. A spacious king-size bedroom is also located within this building, with an en-suite bathroom and a private furnished balcony with panoramic sea views, and can be configured as either a double or twin.
The second building provides three further bedrooms. On the ground floor are two en-suite rooms with direct access to the pool terrace, including the particularly spacious 'green bedroom' overlooking the infinity pool and out towards Snake and Mouse Islands, and the 'navy bedroom' with partial sea views. On the first floor, the 'orange room' offers an additional king-size bedroom with a private balcony overlooking Kalkan Bay.
The third building includes two further bedrooms, with the 'pink room' on the ground floor opening directly onto the pool terrace and enjoying sea views, while the 'turquoise room' on the first floor has a smaller private balcony with views across the bay. All bedrooms can be configured as doubles or twins.

Villa Dolly can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Dolly and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Dolly as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500. 5 star villa, only issues are very very minor, a lick of paint to refresh the feel of the outside dining area, and perhaps the pool cleaning could be done a little earlier in the day.
Higher in the village than expected and extremely steep exit into village. It was also a shame the canopy over the dining table was not working especially as it reached over 45 degrees on several days which meant we could not eat outside. Having said that the villa was beautiful and the staff were superb and extremely helpful. The children loved the pool and the extra things like the table tennis. Our gardener was lovely and helped with the cases. Tamer was great helped sorting water, taxis and beautiful memes. Thank you to all who helped making it a wonderful holiday.
