Villa Elia | TC3982 | A beautiful 5 bedroom Kalkan villa with mesmerising views and private heated pool

Villa Elia is arranged over four levels with a roof terrace on the top floor. At the front of the property, sea facing, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors extend almost the full width of the living area. There are also windows to both sides of this space which flood the area with light and create an extension of the living space to the swimming pool terrace. The property is fully air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi and a smart television connected to the internet.

Ground floor -  The living area occupies the entire ground floor and is an open-plan space which comprises the dining room, living room and a fully-equipped  kitchen with Siemens appliances including refrigerated water dispenser. There is also a utility room with a W/C and washing machine on this floor.

First floor - Bedroom 1 & 2 - There are two bedrooms located on the first floor, a double with super king-size bed and a twin room. Both bedrooms have an en-suite shower room. The double bedroom has a sea view Juliet balcony and the twin a sea view balcony.

Second floor - Bedroom 3 & 4 - Similarly, the second floor also has one bedroom with a super king-size bed and one bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms have an en-suite shower room. The double has a sea view Juliet balcony and the twin room has a sea view balcony.

Third floor - Bedroom 5 - There is a twin bedroom with vanity area, bedside tables and an en-suite shower room on the roof terrace level. This room has a particularly spacious roof terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views.

Native planting including fruit trees and palms provide a pleasant splash of colour on the pool terrace which has open sea views across the bay to Kalkan's old town area, particularly lovely at night. The private infinity swimming pool, which can be heated at an additional charge, is approximately 8 metres x 4 metres in size and 1.6 metres deep.  The terrace is furnished with cushioned sunbeds, parasols and a dining set arranged under a pergola for shade.

There is an outside shower and a BBQ at the property.

The Kışla area is a peaceful residential enclave on the eastern side of the bay, situated just beyond Komurluk. Kisla is known for its spectacular, front-row views of the Kalkan sunset. Positioned along the hillside, the area looks directly across the water toward the harbour and the Old Town, which provides a beautiful backdrop at dusk as the town lights up against the mountainside. The area has a relaxed atmosphere and is home to several of Kalkan's established beach clubs. While the walk into the town centre takes around 20 to 35 minutes along sloping coastal roads, a number of beach clubs operate a water taxi service regularly during the day for patrons, providing a direct connection from the Kışla beach clubs across the bay to the main harbour.

Kalkan is a charming harbour town on Turkey's Turquoise Coast, known for its rooftop restaurants, historic old town streets and relaxed Mediterranean pace. The town offers a wide choice of beach clubs, waterside dining and easy access to nearby bays and beaches.

The private infinity swimming pool can be heated at an additional charge.

For larger parties, there is the opportunity to book more than one villa. Villa Hera and Villa Kiki are also located on the same road as Villa Elia and are similar in layout. Therefore, any two or all three of these villas could be booked so that your party can still holiday together.
