Located in the Kisla area of Kalkan, Villa Mavi Kelebek comfortably accommodates large parties of up to 13 guests in six en-suite bedrooms, including five bedrooms with access to sea view balconies. The large pool terrace, alfresco dining and infinity swimming pool allows for guests to relax and enjoy the Kalkan climate and views out to sea. The villa is approximately a 5 minute walk from the popular Mahal Beach Club and approximately a 20 minute walk from Kalkan’s old town, shopping and beach.

Ground floor
An open plan living area covers most of the ground floor, with the lounge area furnished with two sofas and two tub chairs set around the wall mounted flat screen TV. 
Situated behind the lounge area and alongside the kitchen there is a dining table to comfortably seat 12 guests. The kitchen is separated from the lounge/dining area by a granite style breakfast bar and six bar stools. Amply equipped for self-catering, the kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. Two large glass double sliding doors lead out from the living area to the pool terrace and provide views out to sea.
A W/C and utility room with washer, dryer and an iron and ironing board is also located on the villas ground floor.

First floor
Bedroom 1 & 2 - There are two en-suite double bedrooms located on the villa's first floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, mounted flat screen TV, mirrored wardrobe with drawer storage, an en-suite shower room and access to a furnished shared balcony. Bedroom 2 is the first of two master bedrooms; it has a double bed, large mirrored wardrobe, mounted flat screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, sea views and direct access to a shared furnished balcony.
Also located on the first floor is the cinema room with 'L' shaped sofa, flat screen TV, sound system and Playstation. The sofa can be made up and used as a bed to accommodate an additional guest. There is also a shower room with W/C adjacent to the cinema room. 

Second floor
Bedroom 3, 4 & 5 - There are three en-suite bedrooms on this level. Bedroom 3 is the second master bedroom; it has a double bed, mounted flat screen TV, a large en-suite bathroom, a Jacuzzi bath within the bedroom, sea views, a separate wardrobe area and direct access to a furnished balcony. Bedroom 2 has a double bed which can be converted to a twin, a mirrored wardrobe with drawer storage, a mounted flat screen TV, an en-suite shower room and access to a shared furnished balcony. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and a single bed, a mounted flat screen TV, mirrored wardrobe and en-suite shower room.

Third floor
Bedroom 6 - A double bedroom with en-suite shower room is located on the third floor and is decorated in a fresh, white theme.
This bedroom has a mirrored wardrobe, a mounted flat screen TV, bedside table's, large windows and a door which leads out to the large, furnished, sea view roof terrace. Please note: Due to this room being located under the sloping roof eaves, the ceiling is lower. Villa Mavi Kelebek has a large roof terrace which is furnished with rattan furniture located underneath a pergola.

Outside
Large glass doors open out from the ground floor living area onto the spacious terrace with views out to sea. There is a covered alfresco dining area accommodating 12 guests on two dining tables, 10 sun loungers adjacent to the large infinity swimming pool, stone BBQ and ottoman style seating area. The swimming pool includes a 'swim against the current machine' and pool heating is available at an additional cost (upon request). The villa is equipped with a table tennis table. 

Location
Located in the Kisla area of Kalkan, Villa Mavi Kelebek ionly around 200 steps from Villa Mahal Beach Club, Green Beach Club and Kalkan Beach Park are both around an 8 minute walk away. There is a small grocery shop within 100m of the property and a few restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The centre of Kalkan town and it's Old Town is approximately 25 minute away on foot, or a 5 minute drive. It's also possible to use the water taxi available from the nearby beach club (a small charge may apply).
